Abstract
【解決手段】患者の管腔内に、自己膨張性の血管内膜プロテーゼ20を挿入することができる誘導針1。この誘導針1は、プロテーゼの各端部を保持するための取付器具10,30を有し、これにより、各端部をそれぞれ独立に移動させることができる。血管内膜プロテーゼ20は、グラフト内に存在する近位端部及び遠位端部にステントも有する。ステントの残余部分はグラフト本体の外側に配置される。

Claims (7)
- 膨張性血管内膜プロテーゼ(20)を患者の管腔に配置するプロテーゼ誘導装置において、
前記プロテーゼは、近位部分および遠位部分を有し、
(A) 前記プロテーゼが患者の管腔の所望の部位に配置されると、前記プロテーゼから解放されるプロテーゼ配置機構(2、3)と、
(B) 前記プロテーゼの近位部分の長手方向位置と回転方向位置とを制御する第1制御部材(15、46、10)と、
(C) 前記プロテーゼの遠位部分の長手方向位置を制御する第2制御部材(44、25)と
を備えることを特徴とするプロテーゼ誘導装置。 - 前記プロテーゼ配置機構が、遠位取付領域(2)および/または近位取付領域(3)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ誘導装置。 - 前記遠位取付領域が、遠位取付器具(40)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のプロテーゼ誘導装置。 - 前記近位取付領域が、近位取付器具(10)を含む
ことを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載のプロテーゼ誘導装置。 - 前記プロテーゼ配置機構が、プロテーゼの長さを制御する制御装置(15、41)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のプロテーゼ誘導装置。 - 前記第2の制御部材(44、25)が、プロテーゼの遠位部分の相対的角度方向を調節する回転装置(15、41)を有する
ことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のプロテーゼ誘導装置。 - (D)プロテーゼが患者の管腔の所望の部位に配置されると、プロテーゼの膨張を制御する膨張制御機構(10、30)
をさらに有する
