Abstract
【解決手段】トリジマイトクリンカーが30〜65質量%、溶融石英が35〜70%とからなる耐火原料配合物を使用してなる熱間補修用珪石れんがの製造方法であって、鉱物相としてトリジマイトを90質量%以上含有し、トリジマイトクリンカーは、低温型クリストバライトのX線回折強度Icと低温型トリジマイトのX線回折強度Itとの比Ic/It、及び低温型石英のX線回折強度Iqと低温型トリジマイトのX線回折強度Itとの比Iq/Itが0.05以下である熱間補修用珪石れんがの製造方法である。低温−高温型転移に伴う体積変化の小さなトリジマイト相が多いため、熱衝撃抵抗性に優れた熱間補修用珪石れんがとなる。

Claims (4)
- トリジマイトクリンカーが30〜65質量%、溶融石英が35〜70質量%とからなる耐火原料配合物を使用してなる熱間補修用珪石れんがの製造方法であって、
トリジマイトクリンカーは、鉱物相としてトリジマイトを90質量%以上含有し、
しかも、低温型クリストバライトのX線回折強度Icと低温型トリジマイトのX線回折強度Itとの比Ic/It、および、低温型石英のX線回折強度Iqと低温型トリジマイトのX線回折強度Itとの比Iq/Itがいずれも0.05以下である熱間補修用珪石れんがの製造方法。 - 耐火原料配合物がシリカ−アルミナ系の粘土鉱物が焼結助剤として添加されたものである請求項1に記載の熱間補修用珪石れんがの製造方法。
- トリジマイトクリンカーは、コークス炉あるいは熱風炉の使用後れんががリサイクル使用されるものである請求項1に記載の熱間補修用珪石れんがの製造方法。
- トリジマイトが30〜65質量%、クリストバライトが5質量%以下、非晶質相が35〜70質量%、石英が1質量%以下とからなる熱間補修用珪石れんが。
