Abstract
【解決手段】前記マフラーはハウジング14を有し、そこには前記ハウジング14の中で気体を輸送するために少なくとも1本の内側パイプ5と、前記ハウジング14を補強するための少なくとも1枚の内側プレート1が設けられている。前記内側パイプ5は前記内側プレート1を開口部3のところで通り抜ける。発明の本質となるところであるが、前記開口部3の少なくとも1個の第1周縁部分4は前記内側パイプ5に対し半径方向に遊びを有する。加えて、前記内側プレート1は前記内側パイプ5の領域に少なくとも1個のばね弾性舌片6を有し、当該ばね弾性舌片6は、その自由端8に前記開口部3の第2周縁部分7を形成し、そこで前記内側パイプ5に固着されている。

Claims (12)
- 特に内燃機関の排気システム、好ましくは動力車両に搭載される内燃機関の排気システム用の、気体及び空中伝播音を運ぶライン用のマフラーであって、
ハウジング(14)を有し、その中には、前記ハウジング(14)の中で気体を輸送するために少なくとも1本の内側パイプ(5)が配置され、また前記ハウジング(14)を補強するための少なくとも1枚の内側プレート(1)を含み、
少なくとも1本の前記内側パイプ(5)が、少なくとも1枚の前記内側プレート(1)を、開口部(3)のところで突き抜けるものにおいて、
前記開口部(3)の少なくとも1個の第1周縁部分(4)は、前記内側パイプ(5)に対し半径方向に遊びを有し、
前記内側プレート(1)は、前記内側パイプ(5)の領域に少なくとも1個のばね弾性舌片(6)を有し、前記ばね弾性舌片(6)は、その自由端(8)に前記開口部(3)の第2周縁部分(7)を形成し、そこで前記内側パイプ(5)に固着されている、
ことを特徴とするマフラー。 - 請求項1に記載のマフラーであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記舌片(6)は、前記内側プレートに自由切断または自由打ち抜きで形成されている。 - 請求項1または2に記載のマフラーであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記舌片(6)は、その不動端では、前記内側プレート(1)と基本的に平行に延びる。 - 請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のマフラーであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
少なくとも1個の前記舌片(6)がその自由端(8)で、前記内側プレート(1)が延びる平面に対し角度をなす及び/または距離を有する第2平面(9)において、前記内側パイプ(5)に取り付けられている。 - 請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のマフラーであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記内側プレート(1)はマフラーの少なくとも二つの部屋を互いに分離するものであり、及び/または
前記内側プレート(1)は少なくとも一つの吸収室と一つの膨張室を互いに分離する。 - 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のマフラーであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記舌片(6)の側壁(11′)及び/またはそれに接近した前記内側プレート(1)の壁(11)は、前記内側プレート(1)から所定距離に配置された平面内で延びる。 - 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のマフラーであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記舌片(6)と前記内側プレート(1)の間のスロット(10)は、前記吸収室からの吸収物質の漏れが少なくとも低減される寸法であり、並びに/または
前記舌片(6)、前記内側プレート(1)、及び前記内側パイプ(5)は、前記舌片(6)と前記内側プレート(1)の間に形成されたスロット(10)が、マフラー稼働中の熱膨張によって少なくとも先細りになるように配置され、設計される。 - 請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のマフラーであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記舌片(6)と前記内側プレート(1)の間のスロット末端(12)は、ノッチ形状が生じないように設計される。 - 請求項1から8のいずれかに記載のマフラーであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記舌片(6)の自由端(8)が前記内側パイプ(5)に溶接されている。 - 請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のマフラーであって、以下を特徴とするもの:
前記舌片(6)と前記内側プレート(1)の間の曲げ角度は、熱応力を吸収する主たる方向に基づいて選択される。 - 1枚のプレートと少なくとも1本のパイプの間の結合であって、
少なくとも1本の前記パイプが前記プレートを通り抜け、
前記プレートは、前記パイプの領域に、前記パイプに固着される少なくとも1個のばね弾性舌片を有する、
もの。 - 請求項11に記載の結合であって、請求項2から10の少なくともいずれかの特徴を備えるもの。
