Abstract
【解決手段】ロアケース13に設けられたレーザ光Lに対する透過性を有するフランジ30とレーザ光Lに対する吸収性を有するアッパーケース14の開口端面とを重ね合わせた状態でロアケース13側からレーザ光Lを照射することにより、フランジ30とアッパーケース14の開口端面とを溶着するようにした。このため、ロアケース13とアッパーケース14とは分解不能となる。ロアケース13及びアッパーケース14は、それぞれ可視光に対して不透明とするとともに、ロアケース13のアッパーケース14に対する接合部であるフランジ30を含む部位のみ、可視光に対して透明とした。このため、回路基板42を外部から目視不能となり、回路基板42の秘匿性が向上する。また、フランジ30は可視光に対して透明であるので、溶着部位を目視検査可能となる。

Description
この構成によれば、部品点数を増大させることなく、内部部品の秘匿性を確保しつつ、溶着部位の目視検査が可能となる。透過側接合部と第1のケースとを一体成型する手段としては、例えば二色成型及びインサート成形等が採用可能である。
請求項4に記載の発明は、請求項3に記載のケースにおいて、前記透過側接合部は、熱溶着により前記第1のケースと接合するようにしたことをその要旨とする。
前記第1及び第2のケースの可視光に対する透過率をそれぞれ10%未満とするとともに、前記透過側接合部の可視光に対する透過率を10%以上とするようにしたことをその要旨とする。
以下、本発明を、特定の通信対象物との間で所定の無線通信を行う携帯機に具体化した第1の実施の形態を説明する。この携帯機は、車両に搭載された施解錠制御装置とともに電子キーシステムを構成している。即ち、ユーザが携帯機を所持して車両の所定領域内に進入すると、携帯機は施解錠制御装置から送信されるリクエスト信号を受けて、自身のIDコードを含むID信号を送信する。施解錠制御装置は、携帯機から送信されてきたID信号を受信するとともに、当該ID信号に含まれる携帯機側のIDコードと予め記憶された車両側のIDコードとを照合し、両IDコードが一致したときにドア錠を解錠する。
図1(a)に示すように、携帯機11のケース12は、上部が開口したロアケース13、ロアケース13の上部開口部を覆うようにして固着される下部が開口したアッパーケース14、及びロアケース13の下部を覆うカバー81を備えるとともに、それらが組み付けられることにより図1(b)に示されるような直方体状に形成されている。
図2に示すように、ロアケース13は合成樹脂材料の射出成型等により上部が開口した有底箱体状に一体成型されるとともに、当該ロアケース13の内部は基板収容部21とされている。図3に示すように、ロアケース13の底面における一端寄りには、四角形状の電池蓋取付凹部22が形成されている。電池蓋取付凹部22の内底面における四隅には、それぞれ円形状の雌ねじ部材収容部23が凹設されるとともに、それら雌ねじ部材収容部23には両端が開口した円筒状の雌ねじ部材24が嵌合されている。雌ねじ部材24の内周面には雌ねじ24aが形成されている。
図3に示すように、アッパーケース14は合成樹脂材料の射出成形により、下部が開口した有蓋箱体状に一体成型されている。即ち、アッパーケース14の下面には、回路基板42が取り付けられたロアケース13におけるフランジ30の上面から上の部位を嵌合可能とした被嵌合部51が下方へ開口するように形成されている。この被嵌合部51の内底面には、当該被嵌合部51の内周面に沿う四角環状の段差部52が形成されている。また、被嵌合部51の内底面には、半円状の2つの貫通孔53,53が形成されている。2つの貫通孔53,53は、半円の円弧がアッパーケース14の長手方向において互いに反対側に位置するように、且つ所定間隔をおいて設けられている。また、2つの貫通孔53,53は、アッパーケース14の被嵌合部51に回路基板42が取り付けられたロアケース13におけるフランジ30の上面から上の部位を嵌合させたときに、回路基板42上のプッシュスイッチ43のアクチュエータ43bに一致するように配置されている。また、アッパーケース14の内底面には、2つの貫通孔53,53を連通するコの字状の連通溝54が形成されている。
図2に示すように、アッパーケース14の2つの貫通孔53,53には、半円板状の2つの押圧操作部材61,61が内側から挿入されている。2つの押圧操作部材61,61は、コの字状の連結部材62により相互に連結されるとともに、当該連結部材62はアッパーケース14の連通溝54に配置されている。2つの押圧操作部材61,61及び連結部材62は、合成樹脂材料の射出成形等により一体形成されるとともに、図1に示されるように、アッパーケース14の2つの貫通孔53,53及び連通溝54に収容した状態において、当該アッパーケース14の内底面とほぼ面一になるように形成されている。図2に示されるように、連結部材62は、一端が2つの押圧操作部材61,61に連結された2つの腕部62a,62aと、それら腕部62a,62aの他端間を連結する連結部62bを備えるとともに、当該腕部62a,62aは連結部62bとの連結部位を支点として弾性変形可能とされている。即ち、2つの押圧操作部材61,61はそれぞれ独立して押圧操作することが可能とされている。
図1に示すように、ロアケース13とアッパーケース14との間には、下部が開口した直方体状のパッキン71が介在されている。パッキン71は、二トリルゴム、ウレタンゴム及びシリコンゴム等のゴム材により一体形成されている。図3に併せ示されるように、パッキン71は、下部が開口した直方体状の本体部71aを備えるとともに、当該本体部71aの開口端縁には四角環状の鍔部71bが設けられている。本体部71aの外形形状は、アッパーケース14の段差部52より内側の部位の内形形状に対応するとともに、鍔部71bは段差部52の下面に対応するように設けられている。
図1に示すように、カバー81は、ロアケース13の下面における電池収容部25に対応しない部位を覆うロアカバー82と、同じく電池収容部25に対応する部位を覆うスライドカバー83とを備えるとともに、それらを組み合わせたときには全体として上部が開口した有底の直方体状をなすように設けられている。
図2に示すように、ロアカバー82は、合成樹脂材料の射出成形等により一体的に形成されている。ロアカバー82は、底壁82aと、底壁82aの上面外周縁に設けられたコの字状の側壁82bとを備えるとともに、全体として上部から一側にわたって開放された有底の直方体状をなしている。ロアカバー82の内底面には、側壁82bの内面に沿うコの字状の段差部84が形成されている。この段差部52の内周面において、ロアカバー82の互いに対向する短側壁に沿う2つの部位、及び同じく長側壁に沿う部位の3つの部位には、それぞれ係合突部85が形成されている。係合突部85はロアケース13の3つの係合凹部36に対応するように配置されている。
一方、スライドカバー83は合成樹脂材料の射出成形等により、一体形成されている。スライドカバー83は、底壁83aと、底壁83aの上面外周縁に設けられたコの字状の側壁83bとを備えるとともに、全体として上部から一側にわたって開放された有底の直方体状をなしている。スライドカバー83の側壁83bを構成する互いに対向する2つの長側壁のうち、一方の長側壁の肉厚は、他方の長側壁の肉厚よりも大きく設定されている。スライドカバー83において、肉厚が大きくされた長側壁と、同じく短側壁とから形成される隅角部には、L字状の切欠部87が形成されている。この切欠部87は、スライドカバー83をロアケース13に取り付けたときに、アッパーケース14の切欠部55に対応するように切欠形成されている。
メカニカルキー101は、電池切れ及び携帯機11の故障等が発生した場合の非常用として、車両のドア錠を機械的に施解錠するものである。
次に、前述のように構成した携帯機の組立方法について説明する。
まず、被嵌合部51が上に開口するようにしてアッパーケース14を作業台に載置するとともに、一体成形された2つの押圧操作部材61,61及び連結部材62を、アッパーケース14の2つの貫通孔53,53及び連通溝54に上方から配置する。このとき、2つの押圧操作部材61,61及び連結部材62の表面は、アッパーケース14の内底面に対してほぼ面一になっている。
次に、ロアケース13とアッパーケース14との接合方法について説明する。本実施の形態では、レーザ溶着装置を使用してロアケース13とアッパーケース14とを熱溶着により接合する。
従って、本実施形態によれば、以下の効果を得ることができる。
(1)ロアケース13に設けられたレーザ光Lに対する透過性を有するフランジ30と、レーザ光Lに対する吸収性を有するアッパーケース14の開口端面とを重ね合わせた状態で、ロアケース13側からレーザ光Lを照射することにより、フランジ30とアッパーケース14の開口端面とを溶着するようにした。
(4)ロアケース13及びアッパーケース14の可視光に対する透過率をそれぞれ10%未満とした。これにより、ロアケース13及びアッパーケース14からなるケース12に収容された回路基板42を目視することは困難となる。また、ロアケース13のフランジ30を含む第2の樹脂部13bの可視光に対する透過率を10%以上とした。これにより、フランジ30とアッパーケース14の開口端面との接合部位(溶着部位)の目視検査が可能となる。従って、ケース12に収容された回路基板42の秘匿性を確保しつつ、ロアケース13とアッパーケース14との接合に関する品質を確保可能となる。
次に、本発明の第2の実施の形態を説明する。本実施の形態は、ロアケースを2つの別部材を相互に接合することにより構成した点で、前記第1の実施の形態と異なる。従って、前記第1の実施の形態と同一の部材構成については同一の符号を付し、その重複した説明を省略する。
第1の樹脂部材121は、基板収容部21及びフランジ30の一部を含む有底箱体状に形成されている。図12(a)に併せて示すように、第1の樹脂部材121の外周面には四角環状の鍔部123が形成されるとともに、当該鍔部123の上面には、外方へ向かうにつれて当該鍔部123の肉厚が小さくなるように勾配面123aが形成されている。
なお、前記両実施形態は、次のように変更して実施してもよい。
・両実施形態では、携帯機のケースに本発明を具体化したが、例えば携帯電話等の他の電子部品内蔵ケースに具体化するようにしてもよい。

Claims (6)
- 所定の内部部品が収容されるケースにおいて、
合成樹脂材料により形成されるとともに、互いに組み合わせられる第1及び第2のケースを備え、前記第1のケースに設けられたレーザ光に対する透過性を有する透過側接合部と、第2のケースに設けられたレーザ光に対する吸収性を有する吸収側接合部とを重ね合わせた状態で、前記第1のケース側からレーザ光を照射することにより、透過側接合部と吸収側接合部とを溶着するようにし、
前記第1及び第2のケースは、それぞれ可視光に対して不透明とするとともに、当該第1のケースの透過側接合部は、可視光に対して透明としたケース。 - 請求項1に記載のケースにおいて、
前記透過側接合部は、第1のケースと一体成型するようにしたケース。 - 請求項1に記載のケースにおいて、
前記透過側接合部は、第1のケースとは別部材として構成するとともに、当該第1のケースと当該透過側接合部とを重ね合わせた状態で相互に接合して一体とするようにしたケース。 - 請求項3に記載のケースにおいて、
前記透過側接合部は、熱溶着により前記第1のケースと接合するようにしたケース。 - 請求項1〜請求項4のうちいずれか一項に記載のケースにおいて、
前記第1及び第2のケースの可視光に対する透過率をそれぞれ10%未満とするとともに、前記透過側接合部の可視光に対する透過率を10%以上とするようにしたケース。 - 電子部品が設けられた回路基板を収容するケースを備えるとともに、当該電子部品を介して特定の通信対象との間で所定の無線通信を行う携帯機において、
前記ケースとして、請求項1〜請求項5のうちいずれか一項に記載のケースを採用するようにした携帯機。
