Abstract
【解決手段】照明光ILは、振動子21の反射面21aによって反射され、レンズ24に入射する。このとき、振動子21は、所定の周期でその反射面に交差する矢印A,A’方向に往復移動しているので、その振動子21の反射面21aで反射された照明光ILは、往復移動しながらレンズ24に入射する。このレンズ24に入射した照明光ILは、レンズ24によって、振動子21の往復移動に応じて、その出射角度が変更される。この結果、レンズ21から出射される照明光ILは、所定角度範囲で走査される。この場合、振動幅の小さな、小型の振動子を採用できる。

Claims (12)
- 照明光を走査する光走査モジュールであって、
前記照明光が入射する反射面を有し、所定の周期でその反射面に交差する方向に往復移動しながら前記反射面で前記照明光を反射する反射光学部材と;
前記反射光学部材によって反射された前記照明光を入射し、前記反射光学部材の往復移動に応じて、前記照明光の出射角度を変更する変更部材と;を備える光走査モジュール。 - 前記反射光学部材は、走査振動子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光走査モジュール。
- 前記反射光学部材は、駆動源によって往復駆動される反射光学素子であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光走査モジュール。
- 前記変更部材は、前記照明光を入射する入射面と、入射した前記照明光を射出する出射面とを有し、前記入射面と前記出射面とのいずれか一方を凸状又は凹状に形成した光学素子を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の光走査モジュール。
- 前記光学素子は、屈折光学素子であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の光走査モジュール。
- 前記反射光学部材及び前記変更部材のうち、少なくとも反射光学部材は、その内部が真空状態又は不活性ガスが充填された状態に維持された気密容器内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の光走査モジュール。
- 前記変更部材は、前記気密容器の一部を構成することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の光走査モジュール。
- 前記照明光を射出する照明光源が、前記気密容器に一体的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の光走査モジュール。
- 照明光源から射出される照明光を走査する光走査モジュールであって、
所定の周期で振動し、入射した前記照明光を反射して、前記照明光を走査する走査振動子と;
前記走査振動子を収容するとともに、前記照明光源が接続される容器と;を備え、
前記容器は、その一部が前記走査振動子によって走査された前記照明光が透過する透過型光学素子によって構成され、かつ内部が真空状態又は不活性ガスで満たされている状態であることを特徴とする光走査モジュール。 - 前記透過型光学素子は、屈折光学素子であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光走査モジュール。
- 前記透過型光学素子は、その一方の面に回折格子が形成された光学素子であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の光走査モジュール。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の光走査モジュールと;
前記光走査モジュールによって走査された前記照明光が照射されるとともに、計測方向を周期方向とする回折格子が形成されたスケールと;を備えるエンコーダ。
