Abstract
【解決手段】 構造部材1〜3の結合部位間に跨ってエポキシ樹脂接着剤8を吹き付ける第1エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程と、エポキシ樹脂接着剤が未硬化状態においてセルロース材9を吹き付けて付着させてセルロース層10を形成するセルロース材吹き付け工程と、セルロース層上にエポキシ樹脂接着剤を吹き付ける第2エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程とを有し、セルロース層に含浸したエポキシ樹脂接着剤がセルロース材と化学的に結合した補強体7を形成する。

Claims (6)
- 未硬化状態のエポキシ樹脂接着剤とセルロース材とを混合して混合補強材を生成する混合補強材生成工程と、
上記混合補強材を建築物の補強対象箇所に対して所定の厚みに吹き付ける混合補強材吹付け工程とを有し、
上記セルロース材に上記エポキシ樹脂接着剤が含浸して硬化することにより、上記建築物の補強対象箇所を被覆して当該部位を補強する補強体を形成することを特徴とする建築物補強工法。 - 建築物の補強対象箇所に対してエポキシ樹脂接着剤を吹き付ける第1エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程と、
上記エポキシ樹脂接着剤が未硬化状態において、セルロース材を吹き付けて付着させることによりセルロース層を形成するセルロース材吹き付け工程と、
上記セルロース層上にエポキシ樹脂接着剤を吹き付ける第2エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程とを有し、
上記セルロース層に上記エポキシ樹脂接着剤が含浸して硬化することにより、上記建築物の補強対象箇所を被覆して当該部位を補強する補強体を形成することを特徴とする建築物補強工法。 - 上記セルロース材に、コットンを用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の建築物の補強工法。
- 上記エポキシ樹脂接着剤として、主剤に硬化剤を混合することによって硬化する2液型エポキシ樹脂接着剤が用いられ、
主剤と硬化剤とを混合した状態で、吹き付け手段によって吹き付けが行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の建築物補強工法。 - 上記エポキシ樹脂接着剤として、1液常温硬化型エポキシ樹脂接着剤が用いられ、吹き付け手段によって吹き付けが行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の建築物補強工法。
- 上記各エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程と上記セルロース材吹き付け工程とが、構造部材の結合部位間とともに構造部材で囲まれた壁面或いはスラブに対しても同時に施されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の建築物補強工法。
