Description
Claims (6)
- 木造建築物の構造部材結合部位に対して耐震補強を施す木造建築物補強工法であり、
補強対象箇所の相対結合された構造部材の表面に跨ってエポキシ樹脂接着剤を吹き付けて含浸させることにより、上記構造部材間を接合する第1エポキシ樹脂接着剤層を形成する第1エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程と、
上記第1エポキシ樹脂接着剤層が未硬化状態においてその表面にセルロース材を吹き付けて付着させることにより、所定の厚みを有して上記構造部材間に跨るセルロース層を形成するセルロース材吹き付け工程と、
上記セルロース層上にエポキシ樹脂接着剤を吹き付けて第2エポキシ樹脂接着剤層を形成する第2エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程とを有し、
上記セルロース層に対してその表裏面から上記第1エポキシ樹脂接着剤層と上記第2エポキシ樹脂接着剤層のエポキシ樹脂接着剤が内部に含浸して硬化することにより、基材の上記セルロース材とエポキシ樹脂が化学的に結合して一体化されてなる補強体を形成し、
上記補強体が、第1エポキシ樹脂接着剤層により接合された上記構造部材間を被覆して形成されて上記補強対象箇所を補強することを特徴とする木造建築物補強工法。 - 上記第1エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程と上記セルロース材吹き付け工程と上記第2エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程が、上記エポキシ樹脂接着剤及び上記セルロース材の吹き付け領域と吹き付け量を変えて吹き付けを行うことにより、所定の大きさかつ厚みを有する上記補強体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の木造建築物補強工法。
- 上記セルロース材に、コットンを用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の木造建築物の補強工法。
- 上記エポキシ樹脂接着剤として、主剤に硬化剤を混合することによって硬化する2液型エポキシ樹脂接着剤が用いられ、
主剤と硬化剤とを混合した状態で、吹き付け手段によって吹き付けが行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の木造建築物補強工法。 - 上記エポキシ樹脂接着剤として、1液常温硬化型エポキシ樹脂接着剤が用いられ、吹き付け手段によって吹き付けが行われることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の木造建築物補強工法。
- 上記各エポキシ樹脂接着剤吹き付け工程と上記セルロース材吹き付け工程とが、構造部材の結合部位間とともに構造部材で囲まれた壁面或いはスラブに対しても同時に施されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の木造建築物補強工法。
