Abstract
【解決手段】振動方向規制手段を有するコリオリ流量計11は、フローチューブ13、13と、このフローチューブ13、13を駆動する駆動手段14と、コリオリの力に比例した位相差を検出する位相差検出手段15、15とを備えて構成されている。また、振動方向規制手段として機能する板バネ16、16と、同じく振動方向規制手段として機能し且つフローチューブ13、13に対する固定用の部材としてのフローチューブ固定部材17とを備えて構成されている。

Claims (3)
- 少なくとも1本からなるフローチューブを駆動し、前記フローチューブに作用するコリオリの力に比例した位相差及び/又は振動周波数を検出することにより、前記フローチューブ内を流れる被測定流体の質量流量及び/又は密度を得る構成のコリオリ流量計において、
前記フローチューブの振動方向をX軸、前記フローチューブの振動の腹位置における管軸方向をY軸、前記X軸及び前記Y軸に直交する方向をZ軸と定義するとき、
前記Y軸及び前記Z軸方向の剛性よりも前記X軸方向の剛性が低くなる弾性体を設け、該弾性体の一端を前記フローチューブの前記振動の腹位置若しくはこの近傍に固定するとともに、前記弾性体の他端を前記フローチューブに比べて剛性を有する剛体に固定する
ことを特徴とする振動方向規制手段を有するコリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1に記載の振動方向規制手段を有するコリオリ流量計において、
前記フローチューブを前記Y軸方向に長い略長円形状に形成する
ことを特徴とする振動方向規制手段を有するコリオリ流量計。 - 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の振動方向規制手段を有するコリオリ流量計において、
前記フローチューブを薄肉細管のものとする
ことを特徴とする振動方向規制手段を有するコリオリ流量計。
