Abstract
【解決手段】ディスプレイフィルタは、フィルタベースと、フィルタベースの一面に形成された外部光遮蔽層230として、透明樹脂材質の基材234と、基材234の一面に一定周期に離隔して形成されて導電性物質で成されたくさび形ブラックストライプ状の遮光パターン236を含む外部光遮蔽層230と、を含む。

Description
三つの透明導電性膜は、透明基板の表面に直流スパッタリング方法により、高屈折率透明薄膜である酸化ニオブ(Nb2O5)膜と金属薄膜である銀薄膜の順序で積層された透明導電積層体を連続的に積層させることにより形成し、このような透明導電積層体の積層構造上に酸化ニオブ膜を積層して電磁波放射遮蔽層を形成した。ここで、酸化ニオブ膜の場合、酸化ニオブ(Nb2O5)ターゲットとアルゴンガスをスパッタリングガスとして形成した。銀薄膜の場合、銀ターゲットとアルゴンガスをスパッタリングガスとして用いて形成した。
電磁波放射遮蔽層以外は、実験例1と実質的に同一のPDPフィルタを準備した。実施例2では、透明基板の表面に透明導電積層体を2回連続で形成し、このような透明導電積層体上に酸化ニオブ膜を積層して電磁波放射遮蔽層を形成した。
比較実験例1のPDPフィルタは、実施例1で外部光遮蔽層がない場合である。
比較実験例2のPDPフィルタは、実施例2で外部光遮蔽層がない場合である。

Claims (13)
- フィルタベースと、
前記フィルタベースの表面に形成されている外部光遮蔽層と、を備え、
前記外部光遮蔽層は、透明樹脂と、導電性物質を含む所定の基材の表面上に等間隔に並べられた遮光パターンと、を含むディスプレイフィルタ。 - 前記フィルタベースは、金属薄膜と高屈折率透明薄膜が積層された多層透明導電膜で形成された電磁波放射遮蔽層を含む請求項1に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記電磁波放射遮蔽層は、前記高屈折率透明薄膜と前記金属薄膜が連続的に1ないし3層に積層している多層透明導電膜からなる請求項2に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記電磁波放射遮蔽層は、前記1ないし3層に積層している多層透明導電膜が、酸化ニオブ膜と銀薄膜を連続的に積層することによって形成され、前記酸化ニオブ膜は、前記多層構造に形成されている多層構造からなる請求項3に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記遮光パターンは、くさび形ブラックストライプ状を有する請求項1に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記基材は、テレフタル酸塩、アクリル酸、ポリカーボネート、ウレタン、アクリル酸塩、ポリエステル、エポキシアクリレートまたはブロムアクリレートからなる群から少なくとも一つ選択される化合物からなる請求項1に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記遮光パターンは、金属、カーボンまたは導電性高分子物質からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つである特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記導電性高分子物質は、ポリチオフェン、ポリピロール、ポリアニリン、ポリ(3、4−エチレンジオキシチオフェン)、ポリ(3−アルキルチオフェン)、ポリイソチアナフテン、ポリ(p−フェニレンビニレン)、ポリ(p−フェニレン)およびこれらの誘導体からなる群から選択された少なくとも一つの高分子物質、または前記導電性高分子物質は、カーボンナノチューブ、金属粉末および金属酸化物粉末からなる群から選択される少なくとも一つの材料である請求項7に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記遮光パターンの両端に前記遮光パターンと垂直に配列されて前記遮光パターンを連結する電極パターンをさらに含む請求項1に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記電極パターンは、導電性高分子物質からなる請求項10に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記フィルタベースは、電磁波放射遮蔽機能、色補正機能、反射防止機能、近赤外線放射遮蔽機能からなる群から少なくとも一つの機能を有する請求項1に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 前記フィルタベースは、透明基板と、前記透明基板の表面に形成された前記電磁波放射遮蔽層と、色補正層と、前記透明基板の他面に形成された反射防止層と、を含む請求項1に記載のディスプレイフィルタ。
- 請求項1ないし11のいずれか一項に記載の前記ディスプレイフィルタを含むディスプレイ装置。
