Abstract
【解決手段】トランスミッション機構の被動軸(3)と押出成形機の同軸に配置されたウォーム軸(7)とを連結するためのウォーム軸継手が、トルクプルーフに2つの継手ペグ(15,16)を連結する継手スリーブ(14)を有する。継手スリーブは螺子切りスリーブ(20,20’)を使用して軸方向に固定される。押出成形機のウォーム軸(7)に面する螺子切りスリーブ(20’)の雌螺子(21’)とそれと連結する継手スリーブ(14)の雄螺子(19’)が凹部を有し、凹部が螺子切りスリーブ(20’)と継手スリーブ(14)を差込固定の様式で連結させる。

Claims (8)
- トランスミッション機構(2)の被動軸(3,4)と押出成形機(1)の同軸に配置されたウォーム軸(7,8)とを連結するためのウォーム軸継手であって、
−ウォーム軸(7,8)と結合する、被動軸(3,4)の継手ペグ(15)、
−被動軸(3,4)の継手ペグ(15)に向かう、ウォーム軸(7,8)の継手ペグ(16)、
−継手ペグ(15,16)を受容し、これらを縦の歯(17,18)による回転係合によって連結させる継手スリーブ(14)、
−その縦方向に継手スリーブ(14)を被動軸(3,4)に固定連結させる螺子切りスリーブであって、雌螺子(21)によって継手スリーブ(14)の雄螺子(19)に留められた螺子切りスリーブ(20)、及び
−ウォーム軸(7,8)の縦方向に継手スリーブ(14)をウォーム軸(7,8)に固定連結させる螺子切りスリーブであって、螺子ルート(28)を有する雌螺子(21’)によって、螺子ルート(27)を有する継手スリーブ(14)の雄螺子(19’)に留められた螺子切りスリーブ(20’)を有するウォーム軸継手において、
ウォーム軸(7,8)に向いた継手スリーブ(14)の雄螺子(19’)と、そこに配置された螺子切りスリーブ(20’)の雌螺子(21’)がそれぞれ、交互に、同一の円周の角度αにわたって延びる凹部(25,26)と螺子切り部分(29,30)を具備し、凹部(25,26)は軸(12,13)の半径方向に螺子ルート(27,28)の下まで延びていることを特徴とするウォーム軸継手。 - 円周の角度αに、α=90°が当てはまることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォーム軸継手。
- 反捩じれ手段(31)が螺子切りスリーブ(20,20’)と係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のウォーム軸継手。
- 反捩じれ手段(31)が継手スリーブに配置された保持リング(33)を有し、凹部(36)とそれに係合するロック突出部(35)によって、保持リング(33)と螺子切りスリーブ(20,20’)の間に回転係合連結が形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のウォーム軸継手。
- 保持リング(33)が圧縮ばね(34)によって螺子切りスリーブ(20,20’)に押し付けられることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のウォーム軸継手。
- 螺子切りスリーブ(20,20’)にロックされた位置で、保持リング(33)が継手スリーブ(14)に固定され、捩じれを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のウォーム軸継手。
- 螺子切りスリーブ(20,20’)から上昇したロックされない位置で、保持リング(33)がウォーム軸(7,8)の縦方向に移動しないように固定されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のウォーム軸継手。
- 継手スリーブ(14)が、保持リング(33)の角溝(38)と係合する保持ピン(37)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載のウォーム軸継手。
