Abstract
【解決手段】有機性廃棄物を流動床式のガス化炉3に投入して、空気比1以下の低酸素雰囲気下で熱分解ガス、タール、炭素分を含む熱分解残査に熱分解し、ガス化炉3の後段に設けたサイクロン装置5で熱分解残渣を回収するとともに、タール及び熱分解ガスを、サイクロン装置5の後段に設けた改質炉6に供給して改質ガスを生成し、その改質ガスを発電機のエネルギー源として利用して所内電力を得る。ガス化炉3及び改質炉6の温度及び酸素比を制御して、熱分解残渣に含まれる炭素量と改質ガスに含まれる炭素量の配合比率を調整することにより、必要分の所内電力を発電することが好ましい。

Description
図1は本発明の実施の形態を示す有機性廃棄物の処理方法の説明図である。図1において、1はホッパー、2はフィーダ、3は流動床式のガス化炉、4はブロア、5はサイクロン装置、6は改質炉、7はガスエンジン、8は発電機である。有機性廃棄物はガス化炉3で熱分解され、サイクロン装置5で熱分解残渣を回収した後に、改質炉6で改質ガスに改質し、ガスエンジン7に使用して発電機8で発電する。以下に本発明の詳細を説明する。

Claims (2)
- 有機性廃棄物を流動床式のガス化炉に投入して、空気比1以下の低酸素雰囲気下で熱分解ガス、タール、炭素分を含む熱分解残査に熱分解し、ガス化炉の後段に設けたサイクロン装置で熱分解残渣を回収するとともに、タール及び熱分解ガスを、サイクロン装置の後段に設けた改質炉に供給して改質ガスを生成し、その改質ガスを発電機のエネルギー源として利用して、所内電力を得ることを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- ガス化炉の温度及び酸素比を制御して、熱分解残渣に含まれる炭素量と改質ガスに含まれる炭素量の配合比率を調整することにより、必要分の所内電力を発電することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
