Abstract
【解決手段】酸素を含むキャリアガスをサンプルホッパー7内と反応管1内に供給して有酸素雰囲気とする。電気ヒータ3によって反応管1を400〜800℃に加熱した後、汚泥13をサンプルホルダー5上に載置する。汚泥13をキャリアガス雰囲気下で加熱して、高級脂肪酸を含むガスを発生させる。発生したガスを、チューブ12を通じてガス冷却部11の回収管11bに供給して、回収管11b内で発生ガスを冷却して、凝縮成分のタールを回収管11b内で捕集する。タールから高級脂肪酸を抽出して回収する。

まず、本発明の一実施形態による脂肪酸回収装置について説明する。図1に、この一実施形態による脂肪酸回収装置を示す。
次に、以上のようにして構成された脂肪酸回収装置を用いた、本発明の一実施形態による脂肪酸回収方法について説明する。

Claims (12)
- 有酸素雰囲気下において汚泥を加熱可能に構成された有酸素加熱手段と、
前記汚泥から発生するガスを冷却可能に構成された冷却手段と、
前記冷却手段により冷却されたガスから得られた、脂肪酸を含むタールを貯留する貯留手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする脂肪酸回収装置。 - 前記有酸素加熱手段による前記汚泥の加熱時における、前記汚泥における理論酸素量に対する供給酸素量の比が、0より大きく0.28未満であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脂肪酸回収装置。
- 前記有酸素加熱手段による前記汚泥の加熱時における、理論酸素量に対する供給酸素量の比が、0.1以上0.2以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の脂肪酸回収装置。
- 前記有酸素加熱手段による前記汚泥の加熱温度が、400℃以上800℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の脂肪酸回収装置。
- 前記有酸素加熱手段による前記汚泥の加熱温度が、500℃以上750℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の脂肪酸回収装置。
- 前記脂肪酸が、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸、およびミリスチン酸からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種類の酸であることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の脂肪酸回収装置。
- 有酸素雰囲気下において汚泥を加熱する有酸素加熱工程と、
前記汚泥から発生するガスを冷却してタールを生成し回収する冷却回収工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする脂肪酸回収方法。 - 前記有酸素加熱工程における前記汚泥の加熱時の、前記汚泥における理論酸素量に対する供給酸素量の比を、0より大きく0.28未満とすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の脂肪酸回収方法。
- 前記有酸素加熱手段における前記汚泥の加熱時の、前記汚泥における理論酸素量に対する供給酸素量の比を、0.1以上0.2以下とすることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の脂肪酸回収方法。
- 前記有酸素加熱工程における前記汚泥の加熱温度を、400℃以上800℃以下とすることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の脂肪酸回収方法。
- 前記有酸素加熱工程における前記汚泥の加熱温度を、500℃以上750℃以下とすることを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の脂肪酸回収方法。
- 前記脂肪酸が、パルミチン酸、ステアリン酸、オレイン酸、およびミリスチン酸からなる群より選ばれた少なくとも1種類の酸であることを特徴とする請求項7〜11のいずれか1項に記載の脂肪酸回収方法。
