Abstract

Claims (12)
- 少なくとも1つの磁石(54、72、82、92)を磁性材料で作られた構成要素に付与する方法であって、前記少なくとも1つの磁石(54、72、82、92)が前記構成要素の表面に付与され、前記少なくとも1つの磁石(54、72、82、92)が、前記構成要素のすぐ近傍に配置され、保持要素によって作用する保持力によって保持装置(10、30、50、80)内に保持され、前記保持要素を非活性化することによって、有効な保持力が減少し、そして前記少なくとも1つの磁石(54、72、82、92)が前記構成要素の表面へと移動させられる、方法。
- 磁石(54、72、82、92)を有する回転子(19、52)及び固定子を含む電気モータを生産するために使用され、前記磁石(54、72、82、92)が前記固定子の方向に面する表面に取り付けられ、前記回転子の表面(18)に装着すべき磁石(54、72、82、92)が、前記回転子表面(18)に対して相補的に延在する前記保持装置(10、30、50、80)に最初に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記回転子の周囲に広がって存在する磁石の列を前記回転子表面(18)に付与した後に、新しい磁石の列が前記保持装置(10、30、50、80)に既に付与された磁石の列にすぐ隣接して配置され、それから、前記新しい磁石の列が前記既に付与した磁石の列に隣接して付与される、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁石(54、72、82、91)を接着剤で前記表面に接着する、請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- ロボットの補助により実行される、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 少なくとも1つの磁石(54、72、82、92)を付与する、特に請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載の方法を実行する、保持装置であって、前記磁石(54、72、82、92)が付与されるべき構成要素の表面に対して相補的に設計された表面領域を備え、前記少なくとも1つの磁石(54、72、82、92)が前記表面領域に装着される場合に、前記少なくとも1つの磁石に力を加え又は力を作用させるために少なくとも1つの非活性化可能な保持要素が設けられている、保持装置。
- 前記表面領域が、回転子の周囲に設けられる磁石の列のために場所が設けられるような寸法であり、可動ピン(14、18、70、84)が各磁石の場所の下に保持要素として配置される、請求項5に記載の保持装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの磁石(54、72、82、92)のために少なくとも1つのガイドが前記表面領域に設けられる、請求項6又は7に記載の保持装置。
- 少なくとも前記表面領域が非磁性材料で構成され、前記少なくとも1つの保持要素が磁性材料で構成される、請求項6から8のいずれか1つに記載の保持装置。
- スリーブ(64)によって回転子表面(18)から短距離にて回転子(19、52)のハブに配置することができる、請求項6から9のいずれか1つに記載の保持装置。
- 装置本体(12、31、66)が、接着すべき前記回転子表面(18)に対してその内部又は外部輪郭の少なくとも一部上に位置決め可能である、請求項6から10のいずれか1つに記載の保持装置。
- 前記装置本体(12、31、66)が、前記回転子の前記内部又は外部輪郭に直接位置決め可能である、請求項6から11のいずれか1つに記載の保持装置。
