Claims (4)
- 空間内に陳列された商品のＣＭを表示する移動可能なロボットにおいて、
空間内の所定場所に移動したときに当該所定場所の近傍の商品の商品情報をサーバからダウンロード、あるいは予め格納した媒体から読み出す、あるいは商品に添付されたＩＣタグまたは商品の近傍に配置されたＩＣタグから読み出す手段と、
前記ダウンロードあるいは読み出した近傍の商品の商品情報をもとに、当該商品のＣＭをサーバからダウンロードあるいは予め格納した媒体から読み出す手段と、
前記ダウンロードあるいは読み出したＣＭを表示する表示装置あるいは音声を発声する発声器と、
前記ＣＭを表示あるいは発声する際に、併せて前記ロボットのアームで当該ＣＭの商品を指し示す手段と
を備えたことを特徴とするロボット。 - 前記ＣＭの表示あるいは発声の開始前に、前説を行うことを特徴とする請求項１記載のロボット。
- 前記ＣＭの表示あるいは発声の終了後に、後説を行うことを特徴とする請求項１あるいは請求項２記載のロボット。
- 前記ＣＭを表示あるいは発声しようとする商品の近傍に、顧客が所定時間内に所定数を超えたときあるいは超えないときの、いずれかが指定されたときに次のスケジュールされた場所に移動することを特徴とする請求項１から請求項３のいずれかに記載のロボット。
