Abstract

Claims (9)
- ラム(20)とピストン(13)とを有している、ハンマ機構を備えたパワーハンマであって:
前記ラム(20)はガイドチューブ区画(15)に往復運動可能に取り付けられ、そしてベントチャンネル(24)を備えた外周面を有していて、前記ベントチャンネル(24)は、前記外周面の前方端部を後方端部に接続しており、そして半径方向及び外向きに突出しているシール部分(22)により遮断されていて;
前記ピストン(13)は、前記パワーハンマのモータにより往復的に駆動可能であり、作動時に前記ピストンは、前記ラム(20)と前記ラムに対面している前記ピストンの面(14)との間のエアークッションの変化をもたらし、前記ラム(20)が工具ビットへ向けて移動することにより工具ホルダに挿入された工具ビットに対して衝撃をもたらすようになっていて;
前記衝撃が発生した後に、前記ラム(20)と前記ラムに対面している前記ピストン(13)の面(14)との間のスペースが、前記ベントチャンネル(24)と前記ガイドチューブ区画(15)の壁面における溝(17)とを介して一時的に大気と接続されている;パワーハンマにおいて、
前記ベントチャンネル(24)がらせん形状であることを特徴とする、パワーハンマ。 - 前記らせん形状が一定ピッチであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパワーハンマ。
- 前記ベントチャンネル(24)が前記らせん形状の一つのねじ山で形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載のパワーハンマ。
- 前記シール部分が、前記外周面に作られた環状溝(21)に挿入されたOリング(22)により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパワーハンマ。
- 前記ガイドチューブ区画(15)の壁面における前記溝が環状溝(17)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のパワーハンマ。
- 前記ガイドチューブ区画が、中空ピストン(13)の前記チューブ区画(15)により形成されていて、前記チューブ区画は前記ピストンの底面から延伸していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のパワーハンマ。
- 打撃ピース(25)が、前記ラム(20)と前記挿入された工具ビットの後方端部との間に備えられていて、衝撃を前記ラムから前記工具ピットに伝達していることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のパワーハンマ。
- 前記ラム(20)が前方に中央突起(23)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のパワーハンマ。
- 請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のパワーハンマ用のラム。
