Abstract
【解決手段】りん濃化相を含有し、りん濃化相におけるP2O5濃度が20質量%以上であり、りん濃化相含有量が5質量%以上であることを特徴とするスラグ。また、塩基度が1.0〜1.3の範囲の製鋼スラグを用い、スラグを冷却・凝固させる過程で1200〜1150℃の範囲の平均の冷却速度を5℃/分以下とする該スラグの製造方法。

Description
1)りん濃化相を含有し、りん濃化相におけるP2O5濃度が20質量%以上であり、りん濃化相含有量が5質量%以上であることを特徴とするスラグ。
2)塩基度が1.0〜1.3の範囲の1200℃超の製鋼スラグを用い、スラグを冷却・凝固させる過程で1200〜1150℃の範囲の平均の冷却速度を5℃/分以下となるように冷却することを特徴とする前記1)記載のスラグの製造方法。
3)製鋼スラグにSiO2源を添加して塩基度が1.0〜1.3の範囲となるように調整したスラグを用いることを特徴とする前記2)記載のスラグの製造方法。
Claims (3)
- りん濃化相を含有し、りん濃化相におけるP2O5濃度が20質量%以上であり、りん濃化相含有量が5質量%以上であることを特徴とするスラグ。
- 塩基度が1.0〜1.3の範囲の1200℃超の製鋼スラグを用い、該スラグを冷却・凝固させる過程で1200〜1150℃の範囲の平均の冷却速度を5℃/分以下となるように冷却することを特徴とする請求項1記載のスラグの製造方法。
- 製鋼スラグにSiO2源を添加して塩基度が1.0〜1.3の範囲となるように調整したスラグを用いることを特徴とする請求項2記載のスラグの製造方法。
