Abstract

Description
酸化チタン(テイカ社から入手可能なMT−150W)13.26グラム、フェノール樹脂(Oxychem社から入手可能なVarcuum29159)4.4グラム、およびメラミン樹脂(Cytec社から入手可能なCymel(登録商標)323)6.5グラムを含む下塗層を、顔料とバインダの重量比63:37で、VarcuumとCymel(登録商標)323の重量比70:30で調製した。この下塗層を、Crystalyn Chemical社から入手可能なET259近赤外線色素0.16グラム(0.8重量%)でドープした。この下塗層を、145℃で40分間硬化させた。この下塗層の4マイクロメートルの層をアルミニウム基板の上に配置した。クロロガリウムフタロシアニンとビニル樹脂バインダを、顔料とバインダの重量比約60対40で含む0.2〜0.5マイクロメートルの厚さの電荷発生層と、N,N’−ビス(メチルフェニル)−1,1−ビフェニル−4,4’−ジアミン、ポリカーボネートバインダおよびPTFE粒子を、それぞれ36.4対54.5対9.1の重量比で含む29マイクロメートルの厚さの電荷輸送層と、を配置することによって、光受容性画像形成部材(photoreceptive imaging member)を調製した。

Claims (4)
- 金属基板または金属化基板と、
下塗層であって、ポリマー樹脂と、画像形成部材の露光波長で吸収し、高いモル吸光係数を有する近赤外線吸収成分と、を含む、下塗層と、
前記下塗層の上に配置される少なくとも1つの追加層と、
を含み、
前記追加層が、電荷発生成分および電荷輸送成分を含む、画像形成部材。 - 請求項1に記載の画像形成部材において、
前記近赤外線吸収成分が、約750から約900ナノメートルの露光波長で吸収することを特徴とする画像形成部材。 - 請求項1に記載の画像形成部材において、
前記近赤外線吸収成分が、約103から約5×106のモル吸光係数を有することを特徴とする画像形成部材。 - 請求項1に記載の画像形成部材において、
前記近赤外線吸収成分が、約100,000を超えるモル吸光係数を有することを特徴とする画像形成部材。
