Abstract
【解決手段】多軸モータ位置検出信号伝達装置6では、送信側変換器11が各ロータリエンコーダ4(1)、4(2)から供給されるパラレル信号形態の検出信号をシリアル信号に変換してシリアル信号伝送路13を介して受信側変換器12に供給し、受信側変換器12が、受け取ったシリアル信号形態の検出信号をパラレル信号形態に戻して各モータドライバ8(1)、8(2)に供給する。

Description
シリアル化回路を備えた送信側変換器と、
デシリアル化回路を備えた受信側変換器と、
各位置検出器および前記送信側変換器の間を接続しているエンコーダ側パラレル信号伝送路と、
前記受信側変換器および各モータドライバの間を接続しているドライバ側パラレル信号伝送路と、
前記送信側変換器および前記受信側変換器の間を接続しているシリアル信号伝送路とを有しており、
前記送信側変換器は、各エンコーダ側パラレル信号伝送路を介して、各位置検出装置から供給されるパラレル信号形態の各検出信号をシリアル信号に変換して、前記シリアル信号伝送路を介して前記受信側変換器に供給し、
前記受信側変換器は、受け取ったシリアル信号形態の検出信号をパラレル信号形態に戻して、各ドライバ側パラレル信号伝送路を介して、各モータドライバに供給することを特徴としている。

Claims (1)
- 複数のモータのそれぞれに配置された各位置検出装置から出力されるパラレル信号形態のモータ回転位置を表す検出信号を、各モータを駆動制御するための各モータドライバに伝達するために用いる多軸モータ位置検出信号伝達装置において、
シリアル化回路を備えた送信側変換器と、
デシリアル化回路を備えた受信側変換器と、
各位置検出器および前記送信側変換器の間を接続しているエンコーダ側パラレル信号伝送路と、
前記受信側変換器および各モータドライバの間を接続しているドライバ側パラレル信号伝送路と、
前記送信側変換器および前記受信側変換器の間を接続しているシリアル信号伝送路とを有しており、
前記送信側変換器は、各エンコーダ側パラレル信号伝送路を介して、各位置検出装置から供給されるパラレル信号形態の各検出信号をシリアル信号に変換して、前記シリアル信号伝送路を介して前記受信側変換器に供給し、
前記受信側変換器は、受け取ったシリアル信号形態の検出信号をパラレル信号形態に戻して、各ドライバ側パラレル信号伝送路を介して、各モータドライバに供給することを特徴とする多軸モータ位置検出信号伝達装置。
