Abstract
【解決手段】曲線区間の通過時、曲線の曲がり方向に車体と台車間で回転が可能なように、前記回転の方向に対して作用すべく、車体2とこの車体2の前後に取り付けられた2つの台車のそれぞれの台車枠1間に設置した電気指令で動作する操舵用アクチュエータ4を制御する方法である。アクチュエータ4への指令電圧として、あらかじめ測定したアクチュエータ4自体の摩擦力Fcに、曲率速度、台車のボギー角速度、前記アクチュエータの速度の何れかの方向(符号)を掛け合わせた摩擦抵抗補償量を加えたものを使用する。
【効果】曲線区間通過時の先頭輪軸の外軌側横圧を低減できる。また、低コストで信頼性の高いアクチュエータが実現できる。

Description
一方、鉄道車両の操舵用アクチュエータは、ゆっくりした低速、低加速の作動である。
この本発明の操舵技術における制御フローを図5に示す。

Claims (2)
- 曲線区間の通過時、曲線の曲がり方向に車体と台車間で回転が可能なように、前記回転の方向に対して作用すべく、車体とこの車体の前後に取り付けられた2つの台車のそれぞれの台車枠間に設置した電気指令で動作する操舵用アクチュエータを制御する方法であって、
アクチュエータへの指令電圧または指令電流として、
あらかじめ測定したアクチュエータ自体の摩擦力Fcに、曲率速度、前記車体と台車間の回転時におけるボギー角速度、前記アクチュエータの速度の何れかの方向(符号)を掛け合わせた摩擦抵抗補償量を加えたものを使用することを特徴とする鉄道車両における操舵用アクチュエータの制御方法。 - 曲線区間の通過時、曲線の曲がり方向に車体と台車間で回転が可能なように、台車枠と輪軸との間のヨー角度変位の方向に対して作用すべく、車体とこの車体の前後に取り付けられた2つの台車のそれぞれの台車枠間に設置した電気指令で動作する操舵用アクチュエータを制御する方法であって、

あらかじめ測定したアクチュエータ自体の摩擦力Fcに、曲率速度、前記ヨー角度の速度、前記アクチュエータの速度の何れかの方向(符号)を掛け合わせた摩擦抵抗補償量を加えたものを使用することを特徴とする鉄道車両における操舵用アクチュエータの制御方法。
