Abstract
【解決手段】車両駆動トルク制限部66は、エンジン始動部60から受けるエンジンの動作状況に応じた所定の制限トルクを超過しないように、車両駆動トルク決定部64から受けた車両駆動トルクを制限して加算部68へ出力する。加算部68は、反力相殺トルク決定部62から出力される反力相殺トルクと、車両駆動トルク制限部66における制限後の車両駆動トルクとを加算したトルク指令をPCU45へ与え、第2モータジェネレータからトルク指令に応じたトルクを発生させる。エンジンの始動に伴い反力が生じたとしても、第2モータジェネレータは、当該反力を相殺するだけのトルクをさらに発生させることができる。

図1を参照して、ハイブリッド車両(以下、単に「車両」とも称する)は、ハイブリッド駆動装置10と、制御装置20と、ディファレンシャルギヤ30と、車輪(駆動輪)50と、アクセルペダル150と、シフトレバー152とを備える。
図4を参照して、上述した図2と同様に、モータ走行時に運転者がアクセルを踏込んだ場合の制御について説明する。
Claims (6)
- 燃料の燃焼によって作動するエンジンと、前記エンジンの出力を第1モータジェネレータおよび出力部材へ機械的に分配する動力分割機構と、前記出力部材から駆動輪までの間で回転力を加える第2モータジェネレータとを備えるハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置であって、
走行状態に応じて、前記第1モータジェネレータにより前記動力分割機構を介して前記エンジンを回転駆動することで前記エンジンを始動させる始動手段と、
前記始動手段による前記エンジンの始動に起因する駆動力変動を相殺するための反力相殺トルクを決定する反力相殺トルク決定手段と、
走行状態に応じて、前記第2モータジェネレータが発生すべき車両駆動トルクを決定する車両駆動トルク決定手段と、
前記車両駆動トルク決定手段において決定された前記車両駆動トルクを受け、前記エンジンが始動され得る期間において、前記第2モータジェネレータの発生可能トルクから所定の余裕トルクを減じた制限トルク、を超過しないように、前記車両駆動トルクを制限する車両駆動トルク制限手段と、
前記反力相殺トルク決定手段において決定される前記反力相殺トルクと、前記車両駆動トルク制限手段による制限後の車両駆動トルクとを加算したトルクが発生するように、前記第2モータジェネレータを制御する第2モータジェネレータ制御手段とを備える、ハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。 - 前記余裕トルクは、前記反力相殺トルク決定手段において決定される最大の前記反力相殺トルクに相当する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記余裕トルクは、前記エンジンの始動に起因する駆動力変動の最大値を相殺可能なトルクに設定される、請求項2に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両駆動トルク制限手段は、前記エンジンの始動過程に応じて、前記余裕トルクを略ゼロに漸近させる、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記車両駆動トルク制限手段は、前記エンジンの作動中において、前記余裕トルクをゼロとする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
- 前記始動手段は、前記第2モータジェネレータが発生すべき前記車両駆動トルクが、前記制限トルクを超過した場合に前記エンジン始動させる、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のハイブリッド駆動装置の制御装置。
