Abstract
【解決手段】定容量形ダイヤフラムポンプは、パルス電流が印加されるコイル3と、このコイル3に発生する断続磁力により往復動されるプランジャ15と、このプランジャ15に従動されるダイヤフラム25と、このダイヤフラム25の往復動により協動する一対の逆止弁36,38とより構成され、さらに前記プランジャ15の反ダイヤフラム側に設けたストローク規制の規制部19と、前記ダイヤフラム25の反プランジャ側に設けられ、パルス電流オフ時にポンプ本体28に密着する凸形状29とより成っている。

Claims (5)
- パルス電流が供給されるコイルと、このコイルに発生する断続する磁力により往復動されるプランジャと、このプランジャに従動されるダイヤフラムと、このダイヤフラムの往復動により協動してポンプ作用を行う一対の逆止弁とより成るダイヤフラムポンプにおいて、
前記プランジャの反ダイヤフラム側にストローク規制の規制部が設けられると共に、前記ダイヤフラムの反プランジャ側にパルス電流オフ時にポンプ本体に密着する凸形状を形成したことを特徴とする定容積形ダイヤフラムポンプ。 - 前記ダイヤフラムの中心の前記プランジャへの接続部がその周辺よりも厚く形成したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の定容積形ダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ本体には、前記ダイヤフラムの反プランジャ側に形成の凸形状に対応した凹形状を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の定容積形ダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記規制部は前記プランジャに設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の定容積形ダイヤフラムポンプ。
- 前記ダイヤフラムのプランジャ側に形成される空間は、通路を介して大気に開放されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の定容積形ダイヤフラムポンプ。
