Abstract
【解決手段】圧電素子接続部材8は、体積固有抵抗値が105Ω・m〜106Ω・mのセラミック材料から成る板体と、板体の一主面から他主面にかけて形成された導電路8aとを備えてなり、圧電素子2とピン支持体1との間に配置されて圧電素子2とピン支持体1により保持されるピン1bとを導電路8aを介して電気的に接続するようにした。体積固有抵抗値が105Ω・m〜106Ω・mのセラミック材料から成る板体によって、導電路8a間に静電気による高電圧が印加されるのを防止できる。

Description
すなわち、本実施の形態例におけるピン支持体1は、図1に示す実施の形態例に対して、第一の絶縁基体11および第二の絶縁基体12に2分割された構成を有し、さらに、第一の絶縁基体11の他主面に外周が第一の絶縁基体11の外周よりも内側に位置する第二の絶縁基体12が当接されたものである。そして、第一の絶縁基体11の一主面側に圧電素子接続用部材が当接されるように配置される。

Claims (3)
- 体積固有抵抗値が105Ω・m〜106Ω・mのセラミック材料から成る板体と、該板体の一主面から他主面にかけて形成された導電路とを備えてなり、
圧電素子とピン支持体との間に配置されて前記圧電素子と前記ピン支持体により保持されるピンとを前記導電路を介して電気的に接続するようにした圧電素子接続部材。 - 前記セラミック材料は、チタンまたはクロムを含有するアルミナ質セラミックスであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の圧電素子接続部材。
- 圧電素子と、ピン支持体と、請求項1または請求項2記載の圧電素子接続部材とを、前記圧電素子と前記ピン支持体との間に前記圧電素子を配置させた状態で筒状ケースの内部に格納してなる駆動部材。
