Abstract
【解決手段】表面に分極性電極層が形成された複数の集電体及び隣接する分極性電極層を分離する複数のセパレータが交互に配置されてなる積層体110と、積層体110の積層方向における両側に配置された一対の集積固定板121,122とを備える。一対の集積固定板121,122は、積層体110を押圧する凹部121a,122aと、積層体110との間に隙間を形成する凸部121b,122bを有している。凸部121b,122bは集積固定板121,122の周縁部にて終端しており、これにより、積層体110と集積固定板121,122との間には隙間が形成される。この隙間が電解質溶液の滲入口となる。

Claims (9)
- 表面に分極性電極層が形成された複数の集電体と、隣接する前記分極性電極層を分離する複数のセパレータとが交互に配置されてなる積層体と、
前記積層体の積層方向における両側に配置された一対の集積固定板とを備え、
前記一対の集積固定板の少なくとも一方は、前記積層体を押圧する凹部と、前記積層体との間に隙間を形成する凸部を有しており、前記隙間が開放されていることを特徴とする電気化学デバイス。 - 前記凸部の一部は前記集積固定板の周縁部にて終端しており、これにより、前記隙間の少なくとも一部が前記集積固定板の周縁部にて開放されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記隙間は、2箇所以上で開放されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記隙間は、前記集積固定板の各周縁部にてそれぞれ開放されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記隙間は、前記集積固定板の周縁部に沿った環状部と、前記環状部と前記集積固定板の各周縁部との間に設けられた流入部とを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記隙間は、複数の流入部間を前記環状部の内側領域にて繋ぐ接続部をさらに含んでいることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記集積固定板の前記凹部及び前記集積体には貫通孔が設けられており、前記貫通孔に挿入された固定ピンによって、前記一対の集積固定板が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記集積体に設けられた貫通孔は、前記セパレータを貫通する部分よりも、前記集電体及び前記分極性電極層を貫通する部分の方が径が大きいことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の電気化学デバイス。
- 前記一対の集積固定板の形状が同一であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の電気化学デバイス。
