Abstract
【解決手段】ポンプ2の圧送体積調整装置6が、電子的な制御装置7によって制御可能であり、該制御装置7が、消費器の負荷圧を検出するためのセンサ装置9と、ポンプ2の圧送管路4内に加えられた圧送圧を検出するためのセンサ装置8とに作用接続されており、ポンプの圧送管路4に循環装置15が対応配置されており、該循環装置15が、ポンプ2の圧送管路4と容器3との接続を制御するようになっているようにした。

Claims (10)
- 流体静力学的な駆動システムであって、圧送体積調節可能な所要流調整式のポンプと、該ポンプに接続された少なくとも1つの消費器とが設けられており、ポンプの圧送体積が、圧送体積調整装置によって調整可能であり、該圧送体積調整装置が、ポンプの圧送管路内に加えられたポンプの圧送圧を、所定の調整圧差だけ消費器の負荷圧を上回るように調整するようになっている形式のものにおいて、ポンプ(2)の圧送体積調整装置(6)が、電子的な制御装置(7)によって制御可能であり、該制御装置(7)が、消費器の負荷圧を検出するためのセンサ装置(9)と、ポンプ(2)の圧送管路(4)内に加えられた圧送圧を検出するためのセンサ装置(8)とに作用接続されており、ポンプの圧送管路(4)に循環装置(15)が対応配置されており、該循環装置(15)が、ポンプ(2)の圧送管路(4)と容器(3)との接続を制御するようになっていることを特徴とする、流体静力学的な駆動システム。
- 循環装置(15)が、放圧弁として形成されており、該放圧弁が、ばねによって遮断位置の方向に負荷可能であり、消費器の負荷圧によって遮断位置の方向に負荷可能である、請求項1記載の駆動システム。
- 循環装置(15)が、圧力補償器(17)として形成されており、該圧力補償器(17)が、ばね(19)と消費器の負荷圧とによって遮断位置(17a)の方向に負荷可能であり、ポンプ(2)の圧送圧によって通流位置(17b)の方向に負荷可能であり、ばね(19)のプリロード量が、調整圧差に相当している、請求項1記載の駆動システム。
- 圧力補償器(17)のばね(19)のプリロード量が、電気的に調節可能である、請求項3記載の駆動システム。
- 電子的な制御装置(7)が、圧力補償器(17)のばね(19)のプリロード量を変化させる調整装置(23)に作用接続されている、請求項4記載の駆動システム。
- 圧力補償器(17)のばね(19)のプリロード量が、当該駆動システムの無負荷運転中に最小の調整圧差に低下可能である、請求項4または5記載の駆動システム。
- 電子的な制御装置(7)が、当該駆動システムの無負荷運転を検出するセンサ装置(22)に作用接続されている、請求項6記載の駆動システム。
- 無負荷運転を検出するセンサ装置が、オペレータの存在を検出するセンサ装置として形成されている、請求項7記載の駆動システム。
- 消費器を制御するために、制御信号によって制御可能な制御弁(5a;5b)が設けられており、電子的な制御装置(7)が、無負荷運転を検出するために、制御信号に作用接続されている、請求項7記載の駆動システム。
- 電子的な制御装置(7)によって、制御信号の供給時に、ポンプ(2)の圧送体積調整装置(6)が、時間的に制御弁(5a;5b)の操作前に制御可能である、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の駆動システム。
