Abstract
【解決手段】配線基板24と、該配線基板24の上面に固着された放射線を検出する半導体検出素子25と、該配線基板24の上面に固着されたスペーサ28とを有する検出基板22を複数積層して固定される。各々の検出基板22は、半導体検出素子25とスペーサ28とが所定の位置関係となるように配置されている。さらに検出基板22同士は、各々のスペーサ28同士がX−Y平面で互いに揃って積層され固定部材23a,23bにより固定される。スペーサ28には、配線基板24の下面が、その下のスペーサ28と接触しないように段差部28eが設けられ、上下方向はスペーサ28同士が互いに接触して位置決めされている。

Claims (12)
- 配線基板と、該配線基板の上面に固着された放射線を検出する半導体検出素子と、該配線基板の上面に固着されたスペーサとを有する複数の検出基板と、
前記複数の検出基板が積層された積層体を固定する固定手段と、を備え、
前記複数の検出基板は、各々、半導体検出素子とスペーサとが所定の位置関係となるように配置されてなり、該スペーサ同士が所定の位置関係となるように積層されてなることを特徴とする放射線検出ユニット。 - 前記スペーサは、その下面が平坦であり、該下面と前記配線基板との上面とが固着されてなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の放射線検出ユニット。
- 前記スペーサは、その厚さ方向に貫通すると共に配線基板の表面を露出させる開口部を有し、該開口部に導入された接着剤により該スペーサと前記配線基板とが固着されてなることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の放射線検出ユニット。
- 前記複数の検出基板は、それらの各々のスペーサが互いに同形であり、該スペーサ同士の横方向の位置を揃えて積層されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のうち、いずれか一項記載の放射線検出ユニット。
- 前記スペーサは、その上面に段差部が形成されてなり、
前記積層された検出基板同士は、上側の検出基板のスペーサの下面と、下側の検出基板のスペーサの上面が互いに接触し、前記下側の検出基板のスペーサの前記段差部が上側の配線基板との接触を回避するように積層されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうち、いずれか一項記載の放射線検出ユニット。 - 前記検出基板は、
前記スペーサが、基部と、該基部の両側部から放射線の入射方向に向かって延在する一対の腕部を有し、前記半導体結晶素子が該基部の放射線の入射方向側でかつ一対の腕部の間に配置されてなり、
前記腕部は、その外側端の両方が放射線の入射方向に向かって次第に内側に入り込むテーパー形状を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうち、いずれか一項記載の放射線検出ユニット。 - 前記配線基板は両外側端の各々が、前記腕部の外側端を延長した仮想線と一致する形状で形成されてなることを特徴とする請求項6記載の放射線検出ユニット。
- 前記スペーサは、その下面に直交し、互いに所定の角度をなす第1の基準面と第2の基準面とを有し、
前記半導体検出素子とスペーサとは、該半導体検出素子の外形と、スペーサの
記第1の基準面および第2の基準面とに基づいて所定の位置関係となるように配置されてなることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のうち、いずれか一項記載の放射線検出ユニット。 - 前記スペーサはセラミック材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のうち、いずれか一項記載の放射線検出ユニット。
- 放射性同位元素を含む被検体から発生する放射線を検出する請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一項記載の放射線検出ユニットと、
前記放射線検出ユニットに接続される検出回路ユニットと、
前記検出回路ユニットから取得した放射線の入射時刻および入射位置を含む検出情報に基づいて前記放射性同位元素の被検体内における分布情報を取得する情報処理手段と、を備える放射線検査装置。 - 前記放射線検出ユニットの積層方向は、被検体の体軸方向と略平行であることを特徴とする請求項9記載の放射線検査装置。
- 請求項6記載の複数の放射線検出ユニットが、被検体を囲む位置に配設されてなり、
互いに隣接する前記放射線検出ユニットは、各々のスペーサの腕部の外側端同士が近接して配置されてなることを特徴とする請求項11記載の放射線検査装置。
