Abstract
【解決手段】情報キャリア中に有形に組み入れられるコンピュータプログラムについて述べる。このコンピュータプログラムは、電子文書中で使用されるデータ要素を追跡するための動作を命令実行時に実施する命令を備える。この動作は、1つまたは複数のデータ要素を含む第1の電子文書中でデータ要素のインスタンスを識別すること、データ要素の識別に基づいて記憶済み情報を修正すること、ある期間中にデータ要素が使用される回数を指定する記憶済み情報を定期的に取り出すこと、この情報に計算プロセスを適用してデータ要素の使用傾向を決定すること、および、データ要素の識別子と使用傾向とを示す視覚表示を表示デバイス上に提供することを含む。

変数αが0と1の間の値である場合、jが増加するのに伴って重みcjは指数関数的に減少する。αの値が小さいほど、平滑化手順の結果はより明確である。ある実装形態では、αは0.1≦α≦0.3の間で選択される。以下の表2に、α=0.3とα=0.7の間における平滑化の差を示す。

Claims (20)
- 情報キャリアに有形に組み入れられ、電子文書中で使用されるデータ要素を追跡するための動作を命令実行時にコンピュータに実施させる命令を備えたコンピュータプログラムであって、前記動作は、
1つまたは複数のデータ要素を含む第1の電子文書中でデータ要素のインスタンスを識別すること、
前記データ要素の識別に基づいて記憶済み情報を修正すること、
ある期間中にデータ要素が使用される回数を指定する前記記憶済み情報を定期的に取り出すこと、
前記情報に計算プロセスを適用して前記データ要素の使用傾向を決定すること、および、
前記データ要素の識別子と前記使用傾向とを示す視覚表示を表示デバイス上に提供することを含むことを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム。 - 前記動作はさらに、前記使用傾向を用いて前記第1の電子文書中の前記データ要素を中間文書中のデータ要素にマッピングすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記動作はさらに、前記中間文書中の前記データ要素を第2の電子文書中のデータ要素にマッピングすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記記憶済み情報は前記データ要素に関連する定義を含むスキーマに記憶されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記動作はさらに、前記データ要素の前記使用傾向に基づいて前記定義を削除または修正することを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記動作はさらに、前記データ要素の前記使用傾向に基づいて前記定義を削除または修正するよう勧める勧告を生成することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記動作はさらに、前記スキーマに関する改訂された定義を受け取ることを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記定期的に取り出すことは、前記取り出された記憶済み情報を、前の期間中に前記データ要素が使用された回数を指定する以前取り出された記憶済み情報と集約することを含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記定期的に取り出すことはさらに、前記記憶済み情報をリセットすることを含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記計算プロセスは前記情報を時系列モデルに従って整理することを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記時系列モデルは、平滑傾向成分、周期的傾向成分、季節的傾向成分、不規則傾向成分からなるグループから選択された成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記表示される使用傾向は1つの成分を含むことを特徴とする請求項11に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記計算プロセスはさらに、前記時系列モデルに統計的平滑化手順を適用することを含むことを特徴とする請求項10に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記平滑化手順は、線形回帰計算、指数平滑法計算、またはこの両方を含むことを特徴とする請求項13に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記統計的平滑化手順は将来の傾向使用の推定値を生成することを特徴とする請求項13に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記データ要素の前記使用傾向は単一の記号として表示されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記使用傾向は前記使用傾向の値に基づいて様々に図示されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記記号を選択すると使用傾向グラフが表示されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 前記使用傾向は、前記データ要素が所定時間にわたって使用されていないため前記要素を削除してよいことを示すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータプログラム。
- 情報キャリアに有形に組み入れられ、データ要素の使用データを追跡する方法を命令実行時にコンピュータに実施させる命令を備えたコンピュータプログラムであって、前記方法は、
データ要素に関連する定義を有するスキーマを作成すること、
ある期間中に各データ要素が使用される回数を指定する記憶済み情報を定期的に取り出すこと、
前記情報に計算プロセスを適用して各データ要素の使用傾向を決定すること、
前記データ要素の識別子と前記データ要素に関連する使用傾向とを示す視覚表示を表示デバイス上に提供すること、および、
改訂されたスキーマ定義を受け取ることを含むことを特徴とするコンピュータプログラム。
