Description

重合体ラテックスの固形分１００質量部に対して、金属酸化物を１〜１０質量部、加硫促進剤を０．５〜５質量部、硫黄を０．１〜３質量部、酸化防止剤を０．１〜５質量部、界面活性剤を０．１〜１０質量部、ｐＨ調整剤を０．０１〜５質量部配合することによって、加硫後のフィルムの柔軟性の経時安定性が改良された加硫ゴム組成物が得られる。配合に使用される原料のうち、水に不溶であったり、重合体ラテックスのコロイド状態を不安定化させるものは、予め水系分散体を作製してから重合体ラテックスに添加する。
