Abstract
【解決手段】保持率等の所望の特性を得るために2つまたはそれ以上の濾過層を介した連続的な(または、一連の)濾過を可能にし、かつ、各層の保全性を個々に試験することが可能な2つまたはそれ以上の別個の濾過層を有する装置に関する。各々が1つのフィルター層2,20を含む2つまたはそれ以上の濾過領域から形成される。各領域は1つのフィルター層2,20、並びに該フィルターの第1端部に結合した第1端キャップ6、及び該フィルターの第2端部に結合した第2端キャップ10を有する。これらの領域は、第1領域が第2領域の内側に配置され、第2領域が第3領域の内側に配置されるような様式で互いに同心状に配置される。各領域は別個に形成され、最終的な組立ての前に個々に、保全性試験が実施される。

Claims (2)
- 濾過装置であって:
a.2つまたはそれ以上の同心状の円筒形フィルター層;
b.前記フィルター層の第1のフィルター層が液体に対して気密状に一緒に結合した第1及び第2の垂直方向の縁部、第1端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第1の水平方向の端部、及び第2端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第2の水平方向の端部を有し;
c.前記フィルター層の第2のフィルター層が液体に対して気密状に一緒に結合した第1及び第2の垂直方向の縁部、第1端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第1の水平方向の端部、及び第2端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第2の水平方向の端部を有し;
d.多孔性のコア及び前記装置の排出口;
e.前記第1フィルター層が前記コア及び前記装置の排出口の周りに同心状に配置されており、前記コアの外径と同じまたはそれより大きい内径を有し;
f.前記第2フィルター層が前記第1フィルター層の周りに同心状に配置されており、前記第1フィルター層の外径と同じまたはそれより大きい内径を有し;
g.前記フィルター層の前記端キャップが前記コア、排出口、及び前記フィルター層の前記端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合しており;及び、
h.前記第2フィルター層の外周部の周りに同心状に配置され、前記排出口及び前記第2フィルター層の前記端キャップに封止されている多孔性の外部のケージを備える濾過装置。 - 各々が保全性に対して個々に試験を実施することができる、2つまたはそれ以上のフィルター層を有する濾過装置の製造方法であって:
a.液体に対して気密状に一緒に結合した第1及び第2の垂直方向の縁部、第1端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第1の水平方向の端部、及び第2端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第2の水平方向の端部を有する第1フィルター層を形成すること;
b.ステップaで形成された第1フィルター層の保全性を試験すること;
c.液体に対して気密状に一緒に結合した第1及び第2の垂直方向の縁部、第1端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第1の水平方向の端部、及び第2端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第2の水平方向の端部を有する第2フィルター層を形成すること;
d.ステップcで形成された第2フィルター層の保全性を試験すること;
e.排出口を含む多孔性のコアの周りに前記第1フィルター層を同心状に配置すること;
f.前記第1フィルター層の周りに前記第2フィルター層を同心状に配置すること;
g.外側の第2層から入る全ての液体が前記コアに達して前記排出口から出る前に、第1層を通って流れるように前記コア、第1層、及び第2層を一緒に、液体に対して気密状に結合することのステップを含む製造方法。
