Claims (8)
- 各層が組み立てられる前に個々に各層の完全性試験が可能である2つまたはそれ以上の同心状の円筒形フィルター層を備えた、互いに対向する開いた端部及び閉じた端部を有する連続濾過装置であって:
a.液体に対して気密状に一緒に結合した第1及び第2の垂直方向の縁部、第1端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第1の水平方向の端部、及び第2端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第2の水平方向の端部を有する第1のフィルター層と、
液体に対して気密状に一緒に結合した第1及び第2の垂直方向の縁部、第1端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第1の水平方向の端部、及び第2端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した第2の水平方向の端部を有する第2のフィルター層と、
を備えた2つまたはそれ以上の同心状の円筒形フィルター層;
b.前記第1のフィルター層及び前記第2のフィルター層の間に設けられ、前記第2のフィルター層の前記第1端キャップ及び前記第2端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合した多孔性スペーサー層;
c.多孔性のコア及び前記装置の排出口を有する上部の閉じた端キャップ及び底部の開いた端キャップ;
d.上部の閉じたカートリッジ端キャップ;及び、
e.前記装置から排出される濾過された流体の排出口を有する底部の開いたカートリッジ端キャップ;
を備え、
前記第1フィルター層が前記コア及び前記装置の排出口の周りに同心状に配置されており、前記コアの外径と同じまたはそれより大きい内径を有し、
前記第2フィルター層が前記第1フィルター層の外径と同じまたはそれより大きい内径を有し、前記第1フィルター層の周りに同心状に配置され、
f.前記第1フィルター層の第1端キャップが、前記コア及び前記上部の閉じたカートリッジ端キャップに、付加的に液体に対して気密状に結合し、前記第1フィルター層の第1端キャップの外端が、前記第2フィルター層の第1端キャップの内端に液体に対して気密状に結合し、前記第2フィルター層の第1端キャップが、前記上部の閉じたカートリッジ端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合し;
g.前記第1フィルター層の第2端キャップが、前記コア及び前記底部の開いたカートリッジ端キャップに、付加的に液体に対して気密状に結合し、前記第1フィルター層の第2端キャップの外端が、前記第2フィルター層の第2端キャップの内端に液体に対して気密状に結合し、前記第2フィルター層の第2端キャップが、前記底部の開いたカートリッジ端キャップに液体に対して気密状に結合し;
h.前記第2フィルター層の外周部の周りに同心円状に配置され、下記(1)〜(3):
(1)前記第2フィルター層の第1及び第2端キャップの外端、
(2)前記底部の開いたカートリッジ端キャップ、
(3)前記上部の閉じたカートリッジ端キャップ、
に封止されて液体に対して気密状に結合した外側の多孔性カートリッジ筐体を備え;
液体の濾過の間、液体が、i)外側の多孔性カートリッジ筐体を通って前記濾過装置へ入り、ii)次に、前記液体が前記第2フィルター層を通り、iii)次に、前記液体が多孔性スペーサー層を通り、iv)次に、前記液体が前記第1フィルター層を通り、v)前記iv)は流体が前記コアへ入るためであり、vi)次に、前記底部の開いた端キャップの開いた排出口から装置外へ排出されるように、互いに対向する開いた端部及び閉じた端部を有する連続濾過装置。
- 前記第1及び第2フィルター層がひだ付きである請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記第1フィルター層が、織布フィルター、不織布フィルター及び鋳造式多孔性薄膜からなる群から選択された材料で形成されている請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記第1フィルター層が、微孔性フィルター、限外濾過フィルター、ナノ濾過フィルター及び逆浸透膜からなる群から選択された材料で形成されている請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記第1フィルター層が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、EVAコポリマー、アルファオレフィン、メタロセンオレフィンポリマー、PFA、MFA、PTFE、ポリカーボネート、ビニルコポリマー、PVC、ポリアミド、ナイロン、ポリエステル、セルロース、酢酸セルロース、再生セルロース、セルロース合成物、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアリルスルホン、ポリフェニルスルホン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された材料で形成されている請求項4に記載の濾過装置。
- 第2フィルター層が、織布フィルター、不織布フィルター及び鋳造式多孔性薄膜からなる群から選択された材料で形成されている請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記第2フィルター層が、微孔性フィルター、限外濾過フィルター、ナノ濾過フィルター及び逆浸透膜からなる群から選択された材料で形成されている請求項1に記載の濾過装置。
- 前記第2フィルター層が、ポリオレフィン、ポリエチレン、ポリプロピレン、EVAコポリマー、アルファオレフィン、メタロセンオレフィンポリマー、PFA、MFA、PTFE、ポリカーボネート、ビニルコポリマー、PVC、ポリアミド、ナイロン、ポリエステル、セルロース、酢酸セルロース、再生セルロース、セルロース合成物、ポリスルホン、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリアリルスルホン、ポリフェニルスルホン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン及びこれらの混合物からなる群から選択された材料で形成されている請求項7に記載の濾過装置。
