Abstract
【解決手段】振動モーター100は、外部ハウジング111及び外部ハウジング111から内部に延長される内部ハウジング115を持つハウジング110と、ハウジング110の内部ハウジング115より長く形成され、内部ハウジング115の外周面に固定されるように結合される磁石130と、磁石130の内周面と密着するように磁石130に結合され、回転軸150を回転可能に支持する反出力側ベアリング140とを含み、ベアリング140は、内部ハウジング115の末端と接触するように配置され、外周面に軸方向に多数の溝142が形成される。

Claims (6)
- 外部ハウジング及び前記外部ハウジングから内部に延長される内部ハウジングを持つハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの内部ハウジングより長く形成され、前記内部ハウジングの外周面に固定結合される磁石と、
前記磁石の内周面と密着するように前記磁石に結合され、回転軸を回転可能に支持するベアリングと、
を含むことを特徴とする振動モーター。 - 前記ベアリングは、前記内部ハウジングの末端と接触するように配置され、外周面に軸方向に多数の溝または多数の突起が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動モーター。
- 前記ベアリングは、前記磁石の内周面と結合される円筒状胴体及び前記磁石の末端と結合される円板形胴体を持ち、前記円筒状胴体の外周面に軸方向に多数の溝または多数の突起が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動モーター。
- 前記ベアリングは、円筒状胴体及び前記円筒状胴体から半径方向外側に延長される環状の延長部を持ち、前記延長部は前記磁石を半径方向に弾性的に支持することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の振動モーター。
- 前記延長部は、前記内部ハウジングの末端と接触するように配置されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の振動モーター。
- 前記延長部は、外周面に軸方向に多数の溝または多数の突起が形成されることを特徴とする、請求項4または5に記載の振動モーター。
