Abstract

Claims (11)
- 脊柱インプラントであって、接続要素(2)と、複数の骨ねじ(1)と、各々に1つの充填片(3)と、各々に1つの固定要素(5)とを含み、前記固定要素(5)は、ねじ頭部における受け部と前記充填片(3)との間に前記接続要素(2)を非押込み式に固定し、前記充填片(3)が可動式であり、軸力の増加とともに前記接続要素の固定を向上させることを特徴とする、脊柱インプラント。
- 前記充填片(3)が、前記固定要素(5)と共有する球面(4a)を備えた接合回動点を中心にして回転し得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記充填片(3)が、前記固定要素(5)によって保持されている軸(4b)を中心にして回転し得ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記充填片(3)が、前記接続要素(2)の表面のより有効な衝突のためにリブ(6)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記接続要素(2)がロッドであることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記ロッドが円形であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記接続要素(2)が弾塑性材料でできていることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記接続要素(2)がPCU(ポリカーボネートウレタン)でできていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記固定要素(5)がねじナットであることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記固定要素(5)が、鋸歯状ねじ山(7)によって前記ねじ(1)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の脊柱インプラント。
- 前記軸(4b)が同時に固定要素(5)としての役割を果たすことを特徴とする、請求項3から8のいずれかに記載の脊柱インプラント。
