Claims (16)
- 骨アンカーであって、
第1の端(11)と、第2の端(12)と、前記第1の端と前記第2の端との間の管状部(13)と、前記第1の端から前記第2の端に延びる長手方向軸(L)と、骨に係合するための、前記管状部の少なくとも一部における骨係合構造(16)とを有するアンカー部材(1)を備え、
前記管状部(13)は、前記第1の端と前記第2の端との間の距離を縮めることによって径方向に膨張可能であり、
前記アンカー部材(1)は第1の材料からなり、
前記骨アンカーはさらに、
第1の端(21)および第2の端(22)を有し、前記アンカー部材に挿入可能かつ接続可能なコア部材(2,2′)を備え、前記アンカー部材と前記コア部材との接続は、
(i)アンカー部材(1)の第2の端(12)もしくはその近くに設けられたねじ穴(14)、および、コア部材(2)の第2の端(22)に設けられ、前記ねじ穴(14)と協働して螺合接続する雄ねじが形成された部分(24)によるねじ接続、または、
(ii)アンカー部材(1)の第2の端(12)もしくはその近くに設けられたねじ山のない穴(14′)、および、コア部材(2′)の第2の端(22)に設けられ、前記ねじ山のない穴(14′)と協働して圧入接続する前記ねじ山のない部分(24′)による圧入接続、または、
(iii)コア部材(2′)とアンカー部材(1)とを、それぞれの第2の端(12,22)で相対的に固定するために用いられる横断ピン(18)、または、
(iv)アンカー部材(1)の前記第2の端(12)もしくはその近くに設けられた対応の形状の凹部にスナップ嵌合する、コア部材(2′)の第2の端(22)における球形もしくは円筒形の突起部(190)
により提供され、
前記骨アンカーはさらに、
前記アンカー部材(1)の前記第1の端(11)に設けられるとともに、係合構造(38)を有する別個の部分である、ヘッド(3)を備え、前記アンカー部材(1)は、前記第1の端にまたは前記第1の端の近傍に、前記係合構造(38)と係合することによって前記アンカー部材(1)を前記ヘッド(3)に接続する係合構造(17)を有し、それによって、前記ヘッド(3)および前記アンカー部材(1)が互いに対して回転が固定され、
前記コア部材(2,2′)は、
前記コア部材(2)がその第1の端(21)の近傍で、前記アンカー部材と係合する前記ヘッド(3)の支持面(37)に当接した状態で、前記コア部材の回転によって前記ねじ穴(14)内に前記コア部材を進めることにより、または、
前記コア部材(2′)の前記第2の端(22)を、(i)ねじ穴(14)内に螺合させるか、(ii)ねじのない穴(14′)に圧入嵌合させるか、(iii)横断ピンによって前記アンカー部材(1)に固定するか、(iv)対応の形状の凹部にスナップ嵌合させるかのいずれかの状態で、前記コア部材を前記アンカー部材から遠ざかる方向に引くことにより、
前記アンカー部材の前記第1の端と前記第2の端との間の距離を減少させるように、前記アンカー部材(1)に対して前記コア部材を作動させることによって、前記管状部(13)が前記径方向に拡大するように、前記アンカー部材と協働するように構成され、
前記コア部材(2,2′)は、前記第1の材料とは異なる第2の材料からなることを特徴とする、骨アンカー。 - 前記第1の材料は、前記第2の材料よりも高い可撓性を示す材料である、請求項1に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記第1の材料は高分子材料である、請求項1または2に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記第2の材料は金属材料である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記骨係合構造(16)は骨ねじ山である、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記管状部(13)は、前記長手方向軸(L)と実質的に平行に延在する少なくとも2本のスリット(15)を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記アンカー部材(1)は、前記第2の端における先端を含む、請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記係合構造(17)は、前記第1の端(11)の前面から前記管状部(13)内に延在する、少なくとも1つの凹部の形態で設けられる、請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記アンカー部材(1)は、前記第2の端(12)にまたは前記第2の端の近傍に接続部(14)を含み、前記接続部(14)は、前記コア部材(2,2′)を前記アンカー部材に挿入する方向と反対の方向における前記アンカー部材に対する前記コア部材の摺動に少なくとも一時的に耐える前記アンカー部材と前記コア部材との接続が確立されるように、前記コア部材に係合するように構成される、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記コア部材(2,2′)は実質的にロッド状の部材であり、前記第2の端に接続部(24)を含み、前記接続部(24)は、前記コア部材を前記アンカー部材(1)に挿入する方向と反対の方向における前記アンカー部材に対する前記コア部材の摺動に少なくとも一時的に耐える前記アンカー部材と前記コア部材との接続が確立されるように、前記アンカー部材に係合するように構成される、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記ヘッド(3,3′)が球状外面部(33)を有する、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記ヘッド(3)は、前記コア部材(2)の前記第1の端(21,25)を回転支持するための穴(35)および支持面(37)を含む、請求項11に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記ヘッド(3)は、前記第2の材料と同一の材料からなる、請求項11または12に記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記コア(2)は、前記第1の端(21)に、前記ヘッド(3)の内部に支持されて当該内部で回転可能な円筒部(25)を含む、請求項11〜13のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記コア部材(2′)は、前記第1の端(21)に、前記ヘッド(3)に係合するための係合部(28,29)を含み、前記係合部は、前記アンカー部材の前記第1の端と前記第2の端との間の距離が縮まるように前記コア部材に対する前記アンカー部材の移動を可能にしつつ、反対方向の移動を防止するように構成される、請求項10〜13のいずれかに記載の骨アンカー。
- 前記コア部材(2′)は、前記管状部(13)が膨張したときに折取られ得る、好ましくは折取牽引部である牽引部(20)を含む、請求項15に記載の骨アンカー。
