Claims (14)
- 動的骨アンカーであって、
第1の端(21)と、第2の端(22)と、前記第1の端および前記第2の端を通って延在する縦軸(L)とを有する縦方向のコア部材(2,2′,2″,2″′)と、
前記コア部材上に設けられ、外側の骨係合構造(31)を有する少なくとも1つの管状部(3,3′,3″)とを備え、
前記動的骨アンカーは、組立て状態で、第1の構成と、該第1の構成とは異なる第2の構成とをとることができ、
前記第1の構成では、前記少なくとも1つの管状部(3,3′,3″)は前記縦軸に沿って前記コア部材上を摺動するように構成されるが、前記縦軸(L)の周りを回転することができず、
前記コア部材(2,2′,2″,2″′)は、前記縦軸を横切る方向において前記少なくとも1つの管状部に対して可動である、動的骨アンカー。 - 前記少なくとも1つの管状部(3,3′,3″)の内面(34)は、前記縦軸(L)に垂直な平面内に多角形状、好ましくは四角形状を有し、前記コア部材(2,2′,2″,2″′)は、対応する外形を有する前記少なくとも管状部に対応する位置に接続部(25,25′)を含む、請求項1に記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記少なくとも1つの管状部(3,3′,3″)は、自身の外面に骨ねじ山(31)を有する、請求項1または2に記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記第1の構成において前記縦軸に沿った前記少なくとも1つの管状部の動きを制限する第1の止め具(42)および第2の止め具(52)が前記コア部材に設けられる、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記第1の止め具(42)は、前記コア部材の前記第1の端(21)にまたはこの近傍に設けられた先端部材(4)によって、好ましくは接続可能な先端部材によって形成される、請求項4に記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記第2の止め具(52)は、前記コア部材の前記第2の端(22)にまたはこの近傍に設けられた頭部(5,5′,5″,5″′)によって形成される、請求項4または5に記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記頭部(5)は、前記少なくとも1つの管状部に逆らって動くことができるように、前記コア部材(2)上を摺動可能である、請求項6に記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記コア部材(2)は自身の第2の端(22)に牽引部を含み、前記骨アンカーは、前記コア部材を引張り、かつ前記頭部(5)を前記少なくとも1つの管状部(3′)に押付けることによって、第2の構成にされる、請求項7に記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記コア部材(2)は、自身の第2の端(22)から離れたところに、予め定められた折取部(28)を含む、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記頭部(5′)は、好ましくはねじ山接続によって、縦方向において少なくとも1つの管状部までの調節可能な距離で前記コア部材に接続されるように構成される、請求項6に記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記コア部材(2″)は形状記憶特性を有する材料からなり、前記コア部材(2″)は、前記第1の構成では第1の長さになり、第2の構成では第2の長さになるように構成され、前記第1の長さは前記第2の長さよりも長い、請求項1〜7および10のいずれかに記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記コア部材は、熱を印加すると前記第2の長さから前記第1の長さに変化するように構成される、請求項11に記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 少なくとも2つの管状部が設けられ、前記コア部材(2″′)は、互いに対向する前記管状部(3,3′)の端同士を橋架する位置に少なくとも1つの接続部(25′)を含む、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の動的骨アンカー。
- 前記動的骨アンカーは、前記少なくとも1つの管状部(3,3′,3″)が前記コア部材(2,2′,2″)に対して固定される第2の構成を取り得る、請求項1〜7および10のいずれかに記載の動的骨アンカー。
