Abstract
【解決手段】細胞を含んだ液体を吸引孔を介して吸引することにより細胞を吸引孔に捕捉する細胞捕捉チップ43を有する細胞捕捉シャーレ40が、吸引孔を介して液体を吸引して細胞を捕捉した場合に吸引された液体が内部に貯留可能となる容積を少なくとも有し、貯留された液体と気体との間に生じる界面が細胞捕捉チップ43に捕捉された細胞を浸す液体の液面よりも下方に位置するように形成された液体貯留路45を備える。

Claims (5)
- 細胞を含んだ液体を吸引孔を介して吸引することにより細胞を吸引孔に捕捉する細胞捕捉部を有する細胞捕捉シャーレであって、
前記吸引孔を介して液体を吸引して細胞を捕捉した場合に吸引された液体が内部に貯留可能となる容積を少なくとも有し、貯留された液体と気体との間に生じる界面が前記細胞捕捉部に捕捉された細胞を浸す液体の液面よりも下方に位置するように形成された液体貯留部、
を備えたことを特徴とする細胞捕捉シャーレ。 - 前記液体貯留部の断面に係る寸法が毛管長の2倍以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の細胞捕捉シャーレ。
- 前記液体貯留部に貯留された液体と気体との間に生じる界面と前記細胞捕捉部に捕捉された細胞を浸す液体の液面との間の高さの差を、前記界面に生じ、前記細胞捕捉部に捕捉された細胞を細胞捕捉部から解放させるラプラス圧を相殺する圧力差が少なくとも生じる高さの差とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の細胞捕捉シャーレ。
- 前記液体貯留部は、当該液体貯留部内の液体が流れ落ちる箇所において断面積が漸次広がるように形成されることを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の細胞捕捉シャーレ。
- 前記細胞捕捉部により捕捉される細胞を含んだ液体を貯留する第1の貯留部と、前記第1の貯留部から流出する液体を貯留する第2の貯留部とをさらに備え、前記第1の貯留部は、当該第1の貯留部の側面および底面を連結し、かつ、液体が流出する流出口の方向に向かうにつれ高さが高くなる曲面を有する堰を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の細胞捕捉シャーレ。
