Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a vehicle head-up display device including a device main body unit integrated with an air conditioning duct.
A vehicle head-up display device (HUD) includes a device main body including a dust cover, a display, and a reflecting mirror, and a half mirror formed on the inner surface of the windshield. The dust cover is translucent and is provided in the opening of the instrument panel. The display and the reflector are disposed behind the dust cover.
The display emits display light that represents information, and the reflector reflects the display light from the display through a dust cover toward the half mirror (wind shield). The half mirror reflects The reflected light from the mirror is reflected toward the viewer side. The HUD causes the viewer to recognize the information on the display device as a virtual image when the half mirror reflects the reflected light from the reflecting mirror toward the viewer.
However, when the HUD device main body is integrated with the air conditioning duct, the air conditioning air flowing through the air conditioning duct flows inside the device main body, so the inner surface of the dustproof cover and the reflective surface of the reflector are Exposed to air. For example, the dust cover and the reflector are cold if cold air-conditioned air (cold air) flows inside the apparatus main body, and warm if warm air-conditioned air (hot air) flows inside the apparatus main body. It has become.
For this reason, if the warm air suddenly flows inside the main unit while the dust cover and the reflector are cold, the moisture (water vapor) in the warm air is reflected from the inner surface of the dust cover and the reflector. Contact with the surfaces causes condensation (cloudiness) on these surfaces, resulting in a wet state with moisture. Further, since dust adheres to the surface wetted with moisture due to condensation, there is a problem that the display of HUD is lowered or cannot be recognized due to condensation and the adhered dust.
Further, even if the condensed water droplets evaporate and the inner surface of the dustproof cover and the reflecting surface of the reflecting mirror are dried, dust attached to these surfaces remains. For this reason, the problem that the display of HUD is reduced or unrecognizable when condensation occurs and becomes wet with water continues to occur even after they are dried.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in a vehicle head-up display device including an apparatus main body unit integrated with an air conditioning duct, the display thereof is prevented from deteriorating due to the occurrence of condensation. Objective.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention employs the following technical means.
The vehicle head-up display device according to
In this configuration, in the apparatus main body unit integrated with the air conditioning duct, an antifogging film having translucency and water absorption is formed on at least one of the inner surface of the dustproof cover and the reflecting surface of the reflecting mirror. As a result, even if warm air-conditioned air (warm air) is blown onto the inner surface of the cold dustproof cover or the reflecting surface of the reflector, the anti-fogging film will cause condensation ( Before the cloudiness occurs, the moisture in the warm air is absorbed inside.
For this reason, on the upper surface of the anti-fogging film, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of condensation, maintain the drying at all times, and prevent dust from adhering to the anti-fogging film. As a result, in the vehicle head-up display device including the device main body unit integrated with the air conditioning duct, the display can be prevented from being reduced due to the occurrence of condensation.
Moreover, since this anti-fogging film has translucency, it does not interfere with the display function of the vehicle head-up display device.
The vehicle head-up display device according to
In this configuration, the antifogging film is formed from a polyurethane-based resin, whereby the above-described effects can be obtained.
The head-up display device for a vehicle according to
In this configuration, since the hard coat film is formed simultaneously with the anti-fogging film, the above-described effects can be obtained at low cost.
The vehicle head-up display device according to
Even with this configuration, the above-described effects can be obtained.
The vehicle head-up display device according to
Even with this configuration, the above-described effects can be obtained.
A vehicle head-up display device according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 4 is a circuit configuration diagram illustrating an electrical circuit configuration of the vehicle head-up display device 1 (device main body 2) according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in FIG. 1, the vehicle head-up display device (HUD) 1 includes a dust-
The
The
In the apparatus
The
The
In addition, in order to make FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 (a) easy to understand, the
As shown in FIG. 2B, the dust-
An
The
The
This is because the
An
As shown in FIG. 3, the apparatus main body 2 (that is, the casing 26) is integrated with an air conditioning duct 61-63 in the vehicle interior in order to improve the vehicle mountability of the
Specifically, the
Further, the
A main defroster outlet (not shown) attached to an air conditioner unit (not shown) is provided separately from the
2 and 3 are the same as the up and down directions indicated by the arrows in FIG.
The electric circuit configuration of the
Electric power is constantly supplied from the
(Operation)
The operation of this embodiment in the above configuration will be described.
When the
The display light emitted from the liquid crystal display 21 (a
Thereby, the viewer recognizes the
Here, as shown in FIG. 3, the apparatus main body 2 (that is, the casing 26) of the
For this reason, if the warm air suddenly flows inside the apparatus
However, in the
For this reason, the upper surface of the anti-fogging film |
In addition, if it is only for preventing dew condensation (cloudiness), the anti-fogging film | membrane which has hydrophilic property can be formed in these
A feature of the present invention is that in the
In the above example, the
As described above, the head-up
Thereby, in the head-up
If the magnification of the
Moreover, it is not necessary to limit to the
In the above-described example, the
