Abstract
【解決手段】本発明の燃料電池10は、MEA20(Membrane-Electrode Assembly)と、MEA20の表裏面に配置され、MEA20の周端部を挟持、固定する樹脂フレーム30(30A、30B)と、樹脂フレーム30で挟持、固定されたMEA20の表裏面に配置され、MEA20と当接し、MEA20より集電する集電部48を形成するメタルセパレータ40(40A,40B)とを備え、樹脂フレーム30は、MEA20の周端部の一部を挟持、固定し、メタルセパレータ40は、樹脂フレーム30で挟持されないMEAの他の周端部に集電部50を形成する。

Claims (4)
- MEAと、
MEAの表裏面に配置され、MEAの周端部を挟持、固定する樹脂フレームと、
樹脂フレームで挟持、固定されたMEAの表裏面に配置され、MEAと当接し、MEAより集電する集電部を形成するメタルセパレータと、を備える燃料電池であって、
樹脂フレームは、MEAの周端部の一部を挟持、固定し、
メタルセパレータは、樹脂フレームで挟持されないMEAの他の周端部に集電部を形成することを特徴とする燃料電池。 - 請求項1に記載の燃料電池であって、セパレータは集電凸部を有し、集電凸部をMEAに当接してMEAの周端部に集電部を形成することを特徴とする燃料電池。
- MEAの表裏面に配置され、MEAの周端部を挟持、固定する請求項1または請求項2記載の燃料電池に用いられる樹脂フレームであって、
フレーム部と、フレーム部の内側に位置する開口部からなり、
フレーム部は、MEAの周端部を挟持するための挟持部を備え、
挟持部にメタルセパレータの集電部を配置する孔部を形成したことを特徴とする樹脂フレーム。 - MEAの表裏面に配置され、MEAの周端部を挟持、固定する請求項1または請求項2記載の燃料電池に用いられる樹脂フレームであって、
フレーム部と、フレーム部の内側に位置する開口部からなり、
フレーム部は、MEAの周端部を挟持するための挟持部を備え、
挟持部にメタルセパレータの集電部を配置する切り欠き部を形成したことを特徴とする樹脂フレーム。
