Abstract
【解決手段】弾性延伸性コア(1)と前記コアに対してその外周側に割り当てられた前記コア(1)の弾性延伸を可能にする導電性要素とを有するハイブリッド糸とする。該ハイブリッド糸は弾性延伸性コアフィラメントを導電性繊維外装によって包囲されており、これは、簡素化された製造方法とともに、この種のハイブリッド糸の技術的性質を改善する結果につながる。

Description
単一フィラメントを含むこともできるコアフィラメントを導入すること、
紡糸工程で粗糸又は練条スライバを個々の導電性繊維及び場合によっては可融性繊維に分解すること、
連続コアフィラメントの周囲に実質的に直角に繊維を敷設すること、
いわゆる摩擦紡糸法を使用して繊維をコアフィラメントと摩擦接合すること
を含む方法によって達成される。
Claims (12)
- 弾性延伸性コア(1)と、前記コアに対してその外周側に割り当てられた、前記コア(1)の弾性延伸を可能にする導電性要素とを有する導電性かつ弾性延伸性ハイブリッド糸であって、
前記導電性要素が、少なくとも部分的に前記コア(1)を包囲し、互いに接合された導電性繊維(5)を少なくとも部分的に含む繊維外装(2)を含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド糸。 - 前記コアが、前記繊維外装(2)によって包囲された少なくとも一つのフィラメント(4)から形成されている、請求項1記載のハイブリッド糸。
- 前記少なくとも一つのフィラメント(4)が、テキスチャ付きポリエステルもしくはライクラ又は類似の材料を含む、請求項2記載のハイブリッド糸。
- 前記導電性繊維(5)が、
導電性ポリエステル繊維、高級鋼繊維、炭素繊維、金属被覆ポリマー、銀めっき、銅めっき、ニッケルめっき炭素繊維及び類似の繊維の群から選択される、請求項1記載のハイブリッド糸。 - 前記繊維(5)が1.0〜3.3dtexの繊度を有する、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド糸。
- 前記繊維(5)が35〜60mmのカット長を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド糸。
- 可融性繊維が前記導電性繊維(5)に混入されている、請求項1記載のハイブリッド糸。
- 可融性繊維が5〜10%混入されている、請求項7記載のハイブリッド糸。
- 前記繊維がいわゆる摩擦紡糸法によって前記コアと接合されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド糸。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド糸を製造する方法であって、
単一フィラメントを含むこともできるコアフィラメントを導入すること、
紡糸工程で粗糸又は練条スライバを個々の導電性繊維及び場合によっては可融性繊維に分解すること、
前記連続コアフィラメントの周囲に実質的に直角に前記繊維を敷設すること、
いわゆる摩擦紡糸法を使用して前記繊維を前記コアフィラメントと摩擦接合すること
を特徴とする方法。 - 可融性繊維が存在するならば、それらを加熱する、請求項10記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか1項記載のハイブリッド糸を含有する織物製品。
