Abstract
【課題】 従来の電極引出タブと電池蓋との溶接において、幅の狭い缶を用いる場合、2つの電極引出タブの間隙が確保できないという問題があった。この原因は、電極引出タブの幅が3〜4mmであるため、正極及び負極の引出タブ間の短絡を防止しようとした場合、幅が20mm以下の缶では正極及び負極の引出タブの間隙を確保することが困難または不可能であった。
【解決手段】 電極集合体から引き出された二次電池において、正極タブ2および負極タブ3の少なくともいずれか一方の電極集合体1の外部のタブの幅が電極集合体の内部のタブの幅より狭く、正極タブ2および負極タブ3は電極集合体形成後に狭く成型したものである。

Claims (4)
- 正極タブおよび負極タブが電極集合体から引き出された二次電池において、前記正極タブおよび前記負極タブの少なくとも一方は前記電極集合体の外部でのタブ幅が電極集合体の内部でのタブ幅より狭いことを特徴とする二次電池。
- 前記正極タブおよび前記負極タブの少なくとも一方は前記電極集合体の外部でのタブが前記電極集合体形成後に狭く成型したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極タブおよび前記負極タブが電池蓋に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極タブおよび前記負極タブ間に絶縁体を有し、ラミネート材で外装されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
