Abstract
【解決手段】絶縁油中の水分を事前に除去して、その後、活性アルミナ系吸着剤と接触させることによって、絶縁油中の微量PCBを効果的に吸着除去できること、絶縁油中の微量水分は、シリカゲル系吸着剤によって吸着除去できることを発見した。即ち、低濃度のPCBを含有する絶縁油を精製する方法において、脱水剤を第1層11とし、活性アルミナ系、活性アルミナシリカゲル系、活性ケイ酸マグネシウム系吸着剤の少なくとも一つを第2層12とする吸着容器3に、該絶縁油21を供給してPCB濃度を0.5ppm以下にする絶縁油の精製方法である。

Description
本発明においては、PCBが低濃度に混入するトランスやコンデンサ等の絶縁油を対象として、特殊な吸着剤でなく汎用的な吸着剤と簡便な設備によって絶縁油を精製しようとするものである。つまり、低濃度のPCBを含む絶縁油に関し、微量の水分を含む場合においても、PCB濃度を0.5ppm以下まで吸着除去して低減する方法を提供しようとするものである。

Claims (1)
- 低濃度のポリ塩化ビフェニル類を含有する絶縁油を精製する方法において、脱水剤を第1層とし、活性アルミナ系吸着剤、活性アルミナシリカゲル系吸着剤、活性ケイ酸マグネシウム系吸着剤の少なくとも一つを第2層とする吸着容器に、該絶縁油を供給して該絶縁油中のPCB濃度を0.5ppm以下にすることを特徴とした絶縁油の精製方法
