Abstract
【解決手段】吸収可能なインプラント1は、インプラント受容者の体によって吸収されることができる材料から作られた基礎化合物2を備えて成る。チタンを含むコーティング4は、基礎化合物2を部分的に覆うので、後者は、身体がかみ合い且つ吸収するためのコーティングの無い区間を備えて成る。

Claims (12)
- 身体に挿入するのに適した吸収可能な医療要素、特にインプラントにおいて、
−インプラント受容者の身体内に吸収可能な材料から、少なくとも部分的に成る基礎化合物(2)と、
−基礎化合物(2)上のコーティング(4、4’、7)であって、当該コーティング(4、4’、7)は、生体適合性材料を含み、吸収可能ではなく、基礎化合物(2)が身体による吸収作用のためのコーティングの無い区間を備えるように、基礎化合物(2)を部分的にだけ覆うコーティングと、
を備えて成る医療要素。 - 医療要素(1)の全ての側面(3、5)を覆わず、且つ、好ましくは一つの側面上にあるコーティング(4)によって、部分的なコーティングが形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療要素。
- コーティング(4’)は、コーティングの無い区間を形成するために中断部(6)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療要素。
- 中断部(6)は、コーティング(4’)が適用される場合、基礎化合物(2)の対応するマスキングによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療要素。
- 中断部(6)が、適用されたコーティング(4’)の対応する除去によって形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の医療要素。
- 中断部(6)は、いずれの場合にも数μm〜数mmの間の範囲で開放断面(q)を備えて成ることを特徴とする請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の医療要素。
- コーティング(4、4’)の厚さ(D)は、5〜700nmの範囲に、特に10〜100nmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の医療要素。
- コーティングは、コーティングの無い区間を形成するために開部(8)を備えて成る薄く、且つ、不完全なコーティング(7)として構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療要素。
- 不完全なコーティング(7)の厚さ(d)が、およそ5nmであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の医療要素。
- コーティングは、身体に適合する金属、特に、チタン、タンタル、ハフニウム、ジルコニウム、銀、若しくは、ニオブ、又は、生体適合性ポリマー、特にハイドロキシアパタイト、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の医療要素。
- チタンを含むコーティング(4、4’、7)が、PACVD手法又はソル−ゲル手法を用いて適用されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の医療要素。
- 基礎化合物(2)は、ポリラクチド、それらの共重合体、ポリグリコリド、それらの共重合体、ポリジオキサノン、たんぱく質又はリン酸三カルシウムから成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の医療要素。
