Abstract

Claims (7)
- 船舶用の舵のラダーポストにおいて、
ダラーポスト(40)は、金属材料、特に錬鉄から成る端部(41,42)及びこれらの端部(41,42)に連結されている非金属材料から成る中央部分(45)を有することを特徴とするラダーポスト。 - 非金属製から成るラダースポット(40)の中央部分(45)は、炭素の繊維合成材料又は炭素繊維、特に黒鉛繊維から成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のラダーポスト。
- ラダーポスト(40)の錬鉄から成る両端部(41,42)が、それらの対向面にネック状に嵌め込まれたジャーナル状の部分(51,52)を有し、これらの部分の包囲面は、炭素繊維から作られた中央部分(45)用の粘着面としての構造体(51a,52a)を有し、これらの包囲面は、巻線(60)の形態でこれらの端部(41,42)のこれらのジャーナル状の部分(51,52)を包囲し、この場合、炭素繊維は、中央部分(45)の長さにわたって延在している全巻線領域内で鋳造プラスチックで被覆され隙間を流し込んで埋められていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のラダーポスト。

- 舵ポート軸受(20)内に配置されたラダーポスト(40)が、舵ポート軸受(20)内に配置された軸受(70,71)の領域内に材料補強部を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のラダーポスト。
- 材料補強部(80)は、舵ポート軸受(20b)の領域内に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のラダーポスト。
- 材料補強部(80)は、舵ポート軸受20に設けられている内側軸受70の領域内に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のラダーポスト。
