Abstract
【解決手段】ケーシング2内に分級板7を設け、その分級板7の外周囲に粗粉排出口8を形成し、分級板7の中心部に設けられた微粉吸引口11に微粉排出筒12を接続する。ケーシング2には分級板7の上面外周部との間に一次分級室13を形成するスカート部14と、そのスカート部14の内径部に一次分級室13と同軸上に二次分級室16を形成する円筒部15とを設ける。一次分級室13の外周囲に複数の噴射ノズル33を等間隔に設け、各噴射ノズル33から一次分級室13の外周部周方向に固気混合流体を噴射し、上記一次分級室13内で粉体を旋回させて粗粉と微粉を含む中間粉とに遠心分離する。中間粉を二次分級室16の周壁内面に沿って旋回させつつ上昇させ、天井面に沿って半径方向内方に移動させ、かつ二次分級室16の中心部で下向きに強力な旋回渦を形成せしめて中間粉と微粉とに遠心分離し、微粉を微粉排出筒12内に吸引する。

Claims (12)
- ケーシング内に分級板を設け、前記ケーシング内には前記分級板の上面外周部上に略円筒状の一次分級室と、その一次分級室と同一軸上に一次分級室より小径の略円筒状または円錐状の二次分級室とを形成し、前記一次分級室の周壁に、その一次分級室内の外周部周方向に向けて粉体と圧縮エアの固気混合流体を噴射する噴射ノズルを設け、前記分級板の外周とケーシングの内周面間に粗粉排出口を形成し、前記分級板の中心部に形成された微粉吸引口に微粉排出筒を接続した気流分級機。
- 前記噴射ノズルを複数とし、その複数の噴射ノズルを一次分級室の周壁外周囲に等間隔に設けた請求項1に記載の気流分級機。
- 前記一次分級室の周壁外周囲に固気混合流体が供給されるリング状の粉体供給ヘッダを設け、その粉体供給ヘッダに前記複数の噴射ノズルを接続して各噴射ノズルに固気混合流体を供給するようにした請求項2に記載の気流分級機。
- 前記二次分級室の頂壁中心部に円錐形又は円筒形のセンタコアを設けた請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の気流分級機。
- 前記センタコアを昇降自在に支持した請求項4に記載の気流分級機。
- 前記一次分級室の高さ寸法を調整可能とした請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の気流分級機。
- 前記二次分級室の高さ寸法を調整可能とした請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載の気流分級機。
- 前記二次分級室を上下方向に複数段に区分し、上段側の二次分級室に至るに従って内径寸法を小径とした請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の気流分級機。
- 前記センタコアの中心軸上に排気口を形成した請求項4乃至8のいずれかに記載の気流分級機。
- 請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の気流分級機と、その気流分級機の噴射ノズルに粉体を供給する粉体供給筒と、気流分級機の微粉排出筒から送り込まれてくる固気混合流体を微粉とエアとに分離する固気分離機と、その固気分離機のエア出口から送り込まれてくるエア中の微粉を捕集してエアを清澄化する集塵機と、その集塵機に吸引力を付与し、または前記粉体供給筒に圧縮エアを送り込むブロワとからなる分級プラント。
- 前記気流分級機のケーシングの下端開口に粉体を粉砕処理するジェットミルを接続し、そのジェットミルの粉体出口部と粉体供給筒とを循環路で接続し、その循環路の途中に粉体供給管を接続した請求項10に記載の分級プラント。
- 前記気流分級機と固気分離機との間に、微粉排出筒から送り込まれてくる微粉を製品とされる中間粉と超微粉とに分級する第2の気流分級機を組込んだ請求項10又は11に記載の分級プラント。
