Claims (18)
- 下記を具備する光触媒滅菌器。上部円筒キャップ部、及び上部円筒キャップ部の直径よりも小さい直径を有し、上部円筒キャップ部下端部の下に一体的に設けられた下部円筒キャップ部を具備する円筒形状の上部キャップと、その上端部で上部キャップに締着された石英管、(石英管に設けられたW(紫外線)ランプ付き)と、その上端部で上部キャップに締着され、その下端部を介してその上端部から送り込まれた水を該内管の外側に放出するように、互いから所定の間隔で間隙を介して該石英管の外面周囲に設けられた内管と、該石英管と該内管の間に設けられた光触媒被覆担体と、その上端部で上部キャップに締着され、その下端部を介して取り込まれた水を該内管の上端部に送り込むように、互いから所定の間隔で間隙を介して該内管の外面周囲に設けられた外管。
- 該下部円筒キャップ部が、互いから所定の間隔で間隙を介して、該下部円筒キャップ部外面の周囲に縦方向に設けられた複数のガイド溝と、各複数のガイド溝を内管上端部と連通するための水通過穴と、下部円筒キャップ部の内面下端部上の水通過穴下に設けられた内部段付き部とを具備し、該内管が一定直径の長手方向の円筒形状であり、その上端部が該内部段付き部と密着していることを特徴とする請求項1に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 下記をさらに具備する請求項1または2に係る光触媒滅菌。外管の上端部がスカート部内面と密着することができるように、下部円筒キャップ部の外面から所定の間隔で間隙を介する一方、上部円筒キャップ部の下端部から下向きに延出するスカート部。
- 下記をさらに具備する請求項1に係る光触媒滅菌。水を該外管内部に送り込むため、及び水を該内管から外側に放出するために、該内管下端部と該外管下端部との下に設けられた下部キャップ。
- 請求項4に係る光触媒滅菌器であって、下部キャップが下記を具備することを特徴とする光触媒滅菌器。第1リング形状連結部、水を該内管から外側に放出するために第1支持面中央部に設けられた放出穴、該放出穴の内面に設けられた雌ねじ、及び該内管の外面下端部と係合するための第1支持面から上方に突出した第1リング形状壁部を具備する該内管下端部を支持するための第1支持面と、該外管下端部を支持するための第2支持面、第2支持面に設けられた送り穴、及び第1リング形状連結部の第1リング形状壁部の直径を超える直径を有し、該外管の外面下端部と係合するために第2支持面から上方に突出した第2リング形状壁部を具備する第2リング形状連結部。
- 下記をさらに具備する請求項5に係る光触媒滅菌。第1及び第2リング形状壁部のそれぞれの内面に設けられた環状溝と、環状溝内に位置するOリング。
- 触媒滅菌器を滅菌機能を有する器具に用いた場合、下部キャップがその下面に、器具の貯水槽の底面から所定の間隔で間隙を介して段付き形状を有し、下部キャップの放出穴が器具の放出管に放出穴の内面に設けられた雌ねじによって連結したことを特徴とする請求項5または6に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 下記をさらに具備する請求項5または6に係る光触媒滅菌。パイプラインに連結し、該外管下端部に一体的に設けられた基部(下部キャップの送り穴と連通するために設けられた給水口付き)、及び下部キャップの放出穴と連通するために設けられた清浄水放出穴。
- 光触媒被覆担体が球状、円筒状、バネ形状またはチューブ形状ネットを具備することを特徴とする請求項1に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 光触媒被覆担体が、シリカゲル、シリカ酸化アルミニウム、ゼオライト、ステンレス鋼、銅、ニッケル、銀、アルミニウム及び銀メッキした金属からなるグループから選択される材料の外面にチタン酸化物をコーティングすることによって作られることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項9に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 光触媒被覆担体が0.1mm以下の深さに酸を用いて選択した材料の外面を溶出させた後、チタン酸化物をコーティングすることによって作ることができることを特徴とする請求項10に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 白金(Pt)、銀(Ag)、パラジウム(Pd)、ニッケル(Ni)、スズ(Sn)、クロム(Cr)、鉄(Fe)及びマグネシウム(Mg)金属及びその酸化物で構成されるグループから選択される少なくとも1つの材料が0〜5%のチタン酸化物内に添加されるチタン酸化物で被覆された後、熱処理を介して作り出することができることを特徴とする請求項10に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 内管はガラスまたは石英材料製であり、該外管はガラス、石英、ステンレス鋼、銀、銀メッキした金属及びアルミニウムのうちの1つの材質でできていることを特徴とする請求項1に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 光触媒滅菌器またはその一部を、滅菌機能を有する器具の貯水槽内の水中に浸漬することが可能であり、したがって貯水槽内に含有された水は該外管に送り込まれて外部に放出されるが、該内管を通過することによって滅菌されることを特徴とする請求項1に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 本光触媒滅菌器が該器具の貯水槽内に垂直または水平に設置することができることを特徴とする請求項14に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 本光触媒滅菌器が滅菌機能を有する器具の出口または給水管の周囲に設置され、したがって該器具から放出された水、または該器具に送り込まれた水は、該外管に送り込まれ、外部に放出されるが、該内管を通過することによって滅菌されることを特徴とする請求項1に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 本光触媒滅菌器が滅菌機能を有し、冷水を送り込むために貯水槽と、該貯水槽に連結された冷水放出管(該冷水放出管の端部に設けられた少なくとも1つの冷水用二方コック付き)と、該貯水槽に連結した温水槽と、該温水槽に連結した温水放出管(該温水放出管の端部に設けられた少なくとも1つの温水用二方コック付き)とを具備する器具の貯水槽内に設置され、第1バルブが冷水放出管に設けられ、連結管が冷水放出管を温水放出管に連結し、第2バルブが接続管に設けられ、及び滅菌スイッチが該第1バルブと該第2バルブの両方を制御することができ、したがって、該滅菌スイッチによって第1バルブが閉じ、第2バルブが開くと、該冷水用二方コックは温水によって滅菌されることを特徴とする請求項1に係る光触媒滅菌器。
- 該第1バルブ及び該第2バルブのそれぞれが、電磁弁または電動式方向制御弁を具備し、滅菌スイッチを入れてから所望の時間が経過したとき、自動または手動でその常態に戻すことができることを特徴とする請求項17に係る光触媒滅菌器。
