Claims (9)
- 有効成分(6)を捕捉する移動可能な上流ストッパ(4)と移動可能な下流ストッパ(5)とにより閉塞された円筒状リザーバ(3)を収容する本体(2)と、
下流における、少なくとも2つの注射用周縁流路(8、38)を備えた受容器(7、37)と、
を備え、
前記受容器は、その上流面を介して前記リザーバに当接し、また、
前記受容器は、上流ストッパ/液体/下流ストッパの集合体を移動させる駆動手段(70)の動作により前記下流ストッパ(5)が該受容器の当該盲孔(10、31)の閉塞端部(7a)と接触されたときに前記周縁流路(8、38)に対する取入口(9、39)が露出されるのを許容する自由高さを有する盲孔(10、31)を備える無針注射器において、
前記受容器の前記上流面上にて、各前記取入口(9、39)は前記注射用流路上に配置された座ぐり部を備え、且つ、各前記取入口は前記中央孔(10、31)内へと開口する径方向チャネルに接続され、且つ、
前記受容器の前記上流面は、前記孔(10、31)の縁部に対して可及的に接近して平行とされた多葉状シール(12、34)であって前記注射用流路に対する前記取入口(9、39)に対して可及的に接近して該取入口を囲繞する多葉状シール(12、34)を具備する、
ことを特徴とする無針注射器。 - 前記多葉状シール(12)は、協働形状の溝内に収容される、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無針注射器。
- 前記受容器の前記上流面は、前記中央孔の縁部に対して可及的に接近して平行とされるべく二段射出成形された多葉状シール(34)であって前記注射用流路に対する前記取入口に対して可及的に接近して該取入口を囲繞するという多葉状シール(34)を具備する、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無針注射器。
- 前記注射用流路上に中心合わせされた前記座ぐり部は、前記注射用流路の直径の約1.1倍〜約1.5倍の範囲の直径と、前記注射用流路の直径の約0.5倍〜約0.6倍の範囲の深度とを有する、ことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の無針注射器。
- 前記径方向チャネルは、前記座ぐり部の直径に等しい一定幅を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無針注射器。
- 前記径方向チャネルは、前記座ぐり部に対する該チャネルの接続箇所から、前記径方向チャネルの幅が多くとも前記座ぐり部の直径の1.4倍に等しくなるという前記中央盲孔に対する前記径方向チャネルの開口まで増大する幅を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の無針注射器。
- 前記座ぐり部および前記径方向チャネルは、“輪郭付け”されることを特徴とする、請求項4、請求項5および請求項6のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の無針注射器。
- 前記中央盲孔(31)は本質的に截頭円錐形状であり、
前記孔の取入口直径は前記リザーバの内側直径と等しく、
最小直径は前記孔の閉塞端部に向けられており、且つ、
前記截頭円錐形状の側方部分の延在母線は、前記孔の軸心に関して約2°〜約9°の角度を為す、ことを特徴とする先行請求項のいずれか一つの請求項に記載の無針注射器。 - 前記中央孔(31)の上流縁部および前記取入口の上流縁部は、前記下流ストッパを破断しないように曲率を有する、ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の無針注射器。
