Claims (21)
- 内燃機関用のガス交換弁の可変操作装置であって、ケーシングに支承されたカムシャフト(1)の1つ又は複数のカム(2)がエンジン回転数に関連して回転し、該カム(2)が、まず最初に往復運動式で純粋な回動運動を行う中間部材(4)を駆動し、該中間部材の回転軸線(7)が、ケーシング内で当該回転軸線(7)自体に対して平行に、調節曲線(8)に沿って摺動可能であり、中間部材(4)が、係止範囲(5a)及び行程範囲(5b)を備えた制御曲線(5)を有しており且つ該制御曲線を介して出力部材(11)を操作し、該出力部材自体が少なくとも1つの弁を操作するようになっている形式のものにおいて、
中間部材(4)が、前記回転軸線(7)に相応する軸線を備えたピン(6)に支承されており、該ピン(6)が、調節曲線に沿って平行に摺動可能に取り付けられており、該平行摺動が、直接又は間接的にケーシングに支持されたカムディスク(18)及びタペット(18a)若しくは滑り部材(21)によって行われることを特徴とする、内燃機関に設けられたガス交換弁の可変操作装置。 - カムディスク(18)が、調節軸(17)に沿って回転可能にケーシングに結合されており、前記カムディスク(18)によって生ぜしめられた調節運動が、タペット(18a)を介してピン(6)に伝達される、請求項1記載の装置。
- ピン(6)が、そのガイドにおいて回転運動可能に支承されており且つ1つ又は複数のカムディスク(18)を支持しており、これらのカムディスクが、そのカムを以て直接又は間接的にケーシングに支持されており、前記ピンが、適当な結合部材を介して調節手段によって回転される、請求項1記載の装置。
- カムディスク(18)が、ピン(6)を調節曲線(8)に関してほぼ接線方向で支持している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- ケーシング内に高硬度の材料から成る滑り部材(21)が配置されており、これらの滑り部材にカムディスク(18)が支持されている、請求項3記載の装置。
- 液圧式の遊び補償部材が出力部材に設けられている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 各モータ作動式弁に関して別個に配置された、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- シリンダヘッドの全ての吸気弁又は排気弁に関して別個に配置された、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- シリンダヘッドの全ての弁に関して別個に配置された、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 1つのシリンダの各2つの隣り合った並列な弁に関して別個に配置された、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 1つのシリンダの吸気弁及び/又は排気弁を一緒にまとめて操作する、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記の2つの弁のために2つの同一制御曲線を備えた1つの共通の中間部材が設けられている、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記の2つの弁のために2つの異なる制御曲線を備えた1つの共通の中間部材が設けられている、請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記の2つの弁のために2つの同一のカム(2)及び同一制御曲線を備えた2つの中間部材(4)が設けられている、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記の2つの弁のために2つの異なるカム(2)及び異なる制御曲線を備えた2つの中間部材(4)が設けられている、請求項10記載の装置。
- 前記の2つの弁のために2つの異なるカム(2)及び同一制御曲線を備えた2つの中間部材(4)が設けられている、請求項10記載の装置。
- 少なくとも1つの弁の常時閉鎖が保持されるまで調節する、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- ピン(6)に直接又は間接的にその都度要求される角度位置を与える液圧ユニットが設けられている、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 伝動装置を介してピン(6)に直接又は間接的にその都度要求される角度位置を与える電動調節モータ(23)が設けられている、請求項1から17までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- クランクシャフトの回転角度センサ(42)の信号若しくは該信号の評価から導出して、個々のシリンダの弁行程を連続的に後調整する調節法を有する、請求項1から7及び10から19までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
- 調節運動が、主として1つの調節モータ(23)によって一緒に操作される全ての弁の共通の休止位相の間に行われる調節法を有する、請求項1から7及び10から20までのいずれか1項記載の装置。
