Claims (5)

  1. ラミナを機械加工する方法において、
    ラミナを用意することと、
    前記ラミナの縁部が露出されるように、該ラミナを固定具に運動学的に位置決めすることと、
    前記ラミナの前記縁部に複数の溝を形成することと、
    を含む方法。
  2. 前記溝の少なくとも一部分がサイド溝であり、該サイド溝が、スキュー、インクリネーションまたはそれらの組合せを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
  3. ラミナを集成する方法において、
    請求項1に記載の方法に従って形成した複数の溝を有するマイクロ構造化した縁を含むラミナを用意することと、
    固定具に個々の前記ラミナを運動学的に位置決めして、複数の前記ラミナのスタックを形成することと、
    前記スタックにおける前記複数のラミナの位置を保持することと、
    を含む方法。
  4. 前記ラミナが±0.00508mmの厚さ許容差を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
  5. マスター型を複製する方法において、
    請求項3に記載の方法に従って形成した複数のラミナのスタックであって、露出したマイクロ構造化表面を有するスタックを、固定具に設置することと、
    前記マイクロ構造化表面が露出される状態で、前記スタックに導電性カバーシートを装着することと、
    電気メッキ溶液を用いて、前記露出したマイクロ構造化表面に電鋳処理を施して、レプリカを形成することと、
    を含む方法。
