Description
Claims (1)
- 2つ以上のラミナを作製する方法であって、
各々が2つの主面を有する少なくとも2枚のシートを用意することと、
各々の前記シートの前記2つの主面を、厚さ均一性が確保されるように所望の厚さ許容差で面削りすることと、
面削りした前記シートをスタックの形態に集成することと、
前記スタックの全体に渡りラミナの周囲形状を切り出して前記スタックから2つ以上のラミナを同時に作製することと、
を含む方法。
