Claims (19)
- バイオ試薬を含有する固定化成分と相補的バイオ試薬を含有する流動性成分とを含むアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステムであって、固定化成分が浸漬ストリップ上または平面上に担持され、高密度な流動性成分が浸漬ストリップを流れ落ちるようになっていることを特徴とするアッセイシステム。
- 前記流動性成分がバルク溶液よりも高い密度を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステム。
- 前記免疫試薬が抗原または抗体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステム。
- 前記流動性成分が分画された容量で保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステム。
- 流動相の構成要素が生体ポリマー、洗剤および至適pHの緩衝剤を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステム。
- 前記固定化成分が前記流動性成分の吸引を引き起こす特性を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステム。
- 前記流動性成分の前記吸引が膜によって達成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステム。
- 前記膜が疎水性であり、かつ濡らすことができることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステム。
- 前記アッセイが、標識抗原または標識抗体とそれらの相補的非標識対応物との適当な組合せを使用する競合免疫アッセイまたは非競合免疫アッセイであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステム。
- 前記ラベルが蛍光ラベルまたは着色ラベルであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステム。
- 請求項1に記載のアッセイシステムの使用を含むアフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイの実行方法。
- 前記浸漬ストリップが緩衝溶液中に実質上垂直に立てられることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記流動性成分が前記浸漬ストリップの上側部分または下側部分に隣接して分配されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が分析物混合物の分離を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記固定化成分および流動性成分が前記平面に対して異なる結合親和性を持つことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が一段階アッセイを含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記方法が生物学的ポリマーの分離を含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記生物学的ポリマーがタンパク質およびDNA/RNAから選択されることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 実質上、実施例に関して説明したとおりである、アフィニティークロマトグラフィーアッセイシステムまたは方法。
