Claims (13)
- ハンドルと、ハンドル内に配設された複数のピストンと、ピストンを加圧するためにピストンの付近に設けられたキャビティと、キャビティに空気を供給してピストンを加圧するためにキャビティに連通された空気供給通路と、ピストンの少なくとも1つに係合されたピストンロッドとを備え、前記ピストンロッドは、使用済みのマンドレルを受け入れるように構成された長尺な穴を有することを特徴とするナット板リベッター。
- ハンドル内に配設された複数のピストンは、フロントピストンとリアピストンを備え、ピストンロッドは、フロントピストンを通して延びて、リアピストンに固定的に係合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナット板リベッター。
- ハンドル内に配設された複数のピストンは、3つのピストンを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナット板リベッター。
- ナット板リベッターの端部に配設されたデフレクターフィッティングを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナット板リベッター。
- ピストンロッドは、円筒形であって、空気の通過を可能にするように構成されたオリフィスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナット板リベッター。
- ピストンの1つの外面に係合して、ハンドルの壁面に接触するバルクヘッドを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナット板リベッター。
- ナット板リベッターを作動するためのトリガーをハンドル上に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナット板リベッター。
- フロントキャップおよびフロントキャップ内に配設されたバンパー部材を含むフロントキャップ・サブアセンブリを備え、前記ハンドルの端部は、フロントキャップ・サブアセンブリを受け入れるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナット板リベッター。
- フロントキャップ・サブアセンブリは、ハンドルの端部に螺合することを特徴とする請求項8に記載のナット板リベッター。
- 前記ピストンロッドに係合された引き込みヘッドを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のナット板リベッター。
- 前記引き込みヘッドは、ノーズフィッティングと、スリーブと、引っ張り棒とを備え、前記スリーブは、前記ノーズフィッティングに螺合され、前記引っ張り棒は、前記スリーブ内に配設されて、前記ピストンロッドに螺合されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のナット板リベッター。
- 前記引き込みヘッドは、ジョーフォロワー・サブアセンブリと、ジョーセットとを更に備え、前記ジョーフォロワー・サブアセンブリは、引っ張り棒内に配設されて、前記ジョーセットに接触可能に係合されていることを特徴とする請求項11に記載のナット板リベッター。
- 前記引き込みヘッドは、フォロワースプリングを更に備え、前記ジョーフォロワー・サブアセンブリは、前記フォロワースプリングに係合され、前記フォロワースプリングは、ピストンロッドの内面に係合されることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のナット板リベッター。
