Claims (7)
- 遠心ポンプであって、そのケーシング内に、軸方向又は半軸方向のオープン又はクローズド形構造の1つ以上の羽根車が配設されていると共に、第1の羽根車の前に吸込ダクトが配置されていて、その壁面には、周囲全体に分散されると共に流れ方向に延びる複数の溝が設けられている、前記遠心ポンプにおいて、前記吸込ダクト(9)のケーシング壁体(3)には、前記第1の羽根車(2)の羽根車入口と前記溝(10)の最も近い端部(11)との間にクローズド形環状壁面(12)が形成されており、前記溝(10)は、前記吸込ダクト内のスペースにのみ作動可能に接続されている、ことを特徴とする遠心ポンプ。
- 前記溝(10)は前記ケーシング壁体(3)のウェブ状構成物間に配設されている、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 溝(10)もしくはウェブを有するインサート、特に薄壁環状要素により特徴付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記クローズド形環状壁面(12)は、部分負荷渦(PLV)の強度に応じて羽根車入口直径の0.005−0.02倍程度の軸方向長さを有している、ことを特徴とする請求項1、又は2又は3に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記溝(10)、もしくはウェブの長さは、羽根車入口直径の0.03−0.5倍程度である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記溝(10)の深さ(t)又は前記ウェブの高さ(h)は羽根車入口直径の0.005−0.02倍程度である、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
- 前記溝の幅bと前記溝の数nの積は、
n・b=0.45−0.65・π・D
の比に相当している、ことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の遠心ポンプ。
